The perfect accommodation for one or two couples, a small friend group, or even a single party. Provides great work and relaxation spaces or a home away from home. Within walking distance to town. When visiting T or C, this is THE place to stay.

I and several of my coworkers have stayed at the owners houses while we work in town helping Veterans. The house is nice and matches pictures. During my first stay the owner was very communicative and responded quickly to any need. I returned several times and was rated a 5-star customer. I saw her around the house often and realized she must live near by but didn’t think much of it. I started scheduling my colleagues to stay at her homes recently and I would come to visit them but be staying in a separate VRBO because I had my 10 year old daughter and small pup with me (she doesn’t allow those). One of the first evenings, I was cooking with my colleagues and she comes banging on the back door at 8pm saying the last partial payment hadn’t gone through. I had never had this happen as it was always automatic. VRBO said it was how she set up the payment. I called and paid it immediately and watched her walk to her house that was directly behind the houses she owns. My colleagues shared that she watched them every minute, had cameras everywhere and would pop out or peek in windows daily. I just received an additional $300 charge on my account for my “breaking the rules” for coming to visit my colleagues with my daughter and pup one evening. I wasn’t the registered guest on that stay, although I was paying for it. She also is charging me for a stain on a pillow sham that I have literally no idea what she is talking about. Disappointing and creepy.

We loved this house! Molly was a great host and Casa Chamisa was so cozy and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks for everything Molly 🙂

The house is adjacent to the historic area of T/C with lots of galleries, restaurants, soaking springs, and cafes. The lake is a 5 minute drive. Gated and secure. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights could not have been happier we chose the place. Tastefully decorated and extremely clean. A place anybody would enjoy. I look forward to staying there again!

Very attractive casita with everything we needed. Great location and the host was wonderful!

The casa was a very roomy and comfortable house located in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to shops, restaurants, and hot springs. We also loved relaxing on the beautiful patio. The dining room, living room, and what we called the drawing room were wonderful to spend time just hanging out. It’s much bigger than the the photos depict. Really a lovely house. The artwork in the house was incredible (you won’t see anything like it in VRBO rentals). The owner, Molly was great! I would absolutely recommend a stay at this house.
