Cabin was very nice and clean with lots of amenities. The only complaints were there isn’t enough hot water for a group. We could get in 3 showers and the rest were cold. The propane tank for the grill was completely empty, and I even reached out beforehand to ensure there was plenty of propane for us to grill. The cabin was stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, games and we loved the extra fridge in the garage.

The house was perfect! It was so clean, spacious, and beautiful! The location was gorgeous! We had all of the kitchen supplies we needed with plenty of room in the fridge! It was nice having a second fridge in the garage! It was also nice having so many indoor and outdoor games to choose from! Amd we enjoyed the hot tub almost every evening!

What a beautiful home nestled in a great location! A ton of amenities, close to Lead, Deadwood and Spearfish Canyon. The home is immaculate and we only had one quick question which was answered very quickly during our time there. It's a quiet neighborhood with a very nice community pool area. We wee absolutely thrilled we chose this home and may do so again.

We had a wonderful family vacation exploring local waterfalls and trails, seeing Mammoth Site, driving through Needles Highway and Custer State Park, stopping at dinosaur museum at school of mines, and enjoying the community pool. The house and area was gorgeous.

The hot tub as wonderful, as well as the heated pools at the community center. Plenty of games and a nice garage with games and drink fridge. However, the coffee maker did not work, the internet was really inconsistent to the point that we couldn't even stream movies without it going out, and the grill was very low powered. Took almost 90 minutes to grill some chicken legs. Additionally, make sure to bring your own dishwasher pods, because the dishwasher did not clean anything until we used name-brand pods instead of the generic liquid. Otherwise, we have a great trip and were all very comfortable.

Stayed here with our children & grandson. So close to everything! Kitchen stocked, very clean, comfortable beds, wonderful neighbor(s)/hood. Awesome hot tub & fire pit. We loved staying at the Slippery Slope Lodge. The place was beautiful! Everything from the setup in the garage with games & tables/the layout in the house/the outdoor hot tub and fire pit area, all were amazing - highly recommend staying there. The management company were also so accomodating and helpful.

It was everything we expected. Very well stocked. Separation of sleeping areas gave people privacy even though there were 12 of us. The extra refrigerator in the garage was great for our lunch bags that we could grab in the morning. We only spent evenings at the house because we were there as a group competing daily in Deadwood at a Cowboy Fast Draw National Championship.

Great Property for Family Reunion
This house had everything we needed for a great family vacation and more! From the beautiful accommodations, outdoor seating areas, garage seating areas and even yard games. Bunk room was great for the kids. The community center worked well for a large family gathering. Kids loved the outdoor pool and indoor pool table. Wonderful large fire pit outdoors for adults to sit and visit. Large family reunion with multiple families renting houses in the same property subdivision. Would highly recommend this area.

Our family has stayed at numerous different properties for our spring and summer vacations, and this house we all agree is our absolute favorite! The setting is of course beautiful, and the home itself is perfect. Great design, beautifully decorated and so many features. Lots of spaces for all of us to play or relax in, loved the hot tub and the games/seating in garage - entertainment for all of us! If we get back to Lead again we will definitely stay here!!

Slippery Slope Lodge was an amazing cabin! I can't think of a single thing to make it better. We traveled with kids and adults of varying ages and there was something for everyone. This is a wonderful place for a family are large gathering. It is spacious with lots of beds. The cabin was nice and new and very clean with most everything you need for your stay. We really enjoyed the outdoor areas with a firepit and hot tub along with the theater room downstairs. Great location for several of your Black Hills activities! We would love to come back again!
