We loved the location, close to so many shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for the three of us to feel comfortable. The property was clean and well kept and the area was quiet even though there was a lot going on around us. Would most definately stay at this location again if we were in the area!

This property is very nice & comfortable unless you are over sixty. It is a second floor unit with many stairs to climb. The unit was not cleaned when we arrived so we changed the sheets ourselves. Host was made aware of this and apologized.

My friend and I were only in for a day. We attended a concert. But the apartment was so cute and comfortable that we both can’t wait to book another stay! The location was convenient to lots of food options and was a short Uber ride to the venue. The only complaints either of us had was the noise of the neighbors (we weren’t aware how close we were to the college) and the stairs to the front door felt a little unsafe. But, that’s not something the host can fix, so we overlooked it.

My girlfriend and I went to a rock and roll show at The Red Hat Amphitheater, and were looking for a cooler option than a hotel. This place was great, very chill back deck. Nicely appointed, and very clean. Right in the thick of things. Thanks Midge!

We really appreciated having a separate bedroom and bathroom for our two teenage kids. Plus the living and kitchen areas for us to all hang out. Great location, in particular for those visiting NC State.

We had the best time with our friends from Delaware and the apartment was not what we were expecting. It was so much more. We loved how homey it was and the fact it was 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom was an added plus. We would have been happy to live there the rest of our lives. Midge was wonderful to deal with, answered any questions we had. Looking forward to coming back for another stay.

This property is an absolute delight in our me of the best areas of Raleigh. If you’re looking for convenient, tidy, and uber-cozy, this place is for you!
The check-in/check-out process is one of the smoothest I’ve seen and communication with the owner was quick and easy. We received updates ahead of time and never waited more than 5-10 minutes for an answer to our questions.

Great stay! Apartment was nice, clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. We stayed 4 days, we came down for my son’s soccer tournament. It was close to everything! Definitely would book again!

The perfect spot!
This great little spot was perfectly situated right at Cameron Village, and super close to Downtown. We came to visit a family member and to explore Raleigh, and we couldn’t have asked for a more conveniently located, comfortable, quiet place to stay!

This was the second rental I’ve used from Midge. She has great style, homes in great neighbourhoods, and they’re clean to boot! I would recommend this home if you’re wanting to be near the University, near shopping and dining, near downtown but yet still wish for the quiet.
