Amazing weekend for my daughter’s wedding in Carillon! Sittin’ Purdy was the PERFECT location and size for our large family to all be together to celebrate! The large kitchen and spacious, open floor plan made visiting together so fun and enjoyable yet everyone could retreat to their own space for down time. The screened porch and backyard added another dimension of entertaining space - especially for the kids! Overall, I don’t think we could have chosen a better place! I do recommend a golf cart for getting to and from the beach - especially with young kids! While it’s an easy, breezy walk…the little ones enjoyed the ride and we enjoyed tooling around the neighborhood checking out all the beautiful homes and not having to lug all the beach paraphernalia.

We ate in for the majority of our meals and the chef's Kitchen was a dream. Wolf appliances are now on my "wish list". The mud room was a genius idea, and it was so well equipped with everything from beach towels, boogie boards, sand toys, coolers, straw beach hats, and even a wagon to haul it all in. These are all items that we usually have to purchase and leave behind because we're flying. The large back yard was a great perk for our evening of yard games, they even supplied a corn hole game. We appreciated the sonic ice machine too! You can tell that lots of planning went into the details of this home. We look forward to returning to Sittin'Purdy!

Sittin Purdy is a beautifully appointed home, perfect for entertaining, large enough for a family to spread out and relax, play games in the back yard, or sitting quietly on the back porch with beautiful views of the lake. We also love Carillon Beach, rental of golf carts is easy, the beach is private and easy to access, and several pools to choose from. We will definitely be back!

We wished the ice maker would have been working. We cooked all meals in and ran out of ice quickly from the refrigerator Ice maker. It is a beautiful and spacious home. We had a great time with family.

It is clean and well maintained! The location to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores is convenient! The management company is amazing! We rented the house for the week of my daughter's wedding, and the house was complete with everything needed. The setting is gorgeous, and the home is clean, immaculate and decorated like a model home. It is evident that the owners invest in the property and maintenance thereof. The property manager was friendly and quick to respond to any need. The home is a short walk to the pool and beach, and the reserved beach chairs make for an easy beach trip. Additionally, it was picture perfect for the bridal portrait sessions, and the photos are spectacular. The photographer and videographer commented repeatedly about the ambiance of the home related to the portraits and video. Literally, the home felt like our own and set the stage for a magnificent weekend. The convenience to the Meeting House and Village Green was priceless. I have recommended the home to many families and will return. You will not be disappointed.

Everything about this home is great! Spacious, comfortable, attractive, quality furnishings and appliances, and on and on. Location is desirable within the Carillon community..... walkable distances to two of the pools, to the beach, meeting house, Village Green. This house even has a yard for the kids to play in and a nice view of the lake. We enjoyed our stay!

The house was amazing and accomodated 3 families perfectly. The owners thought of just about everything for a perfect beach house. Location is also wonderful - right near town center, but quick walk to beach and 2 different pools. We all loved this house so much - all 15 of us - and can't wait to return.

Sittin Purdy was the most perfect beach house for our group of 15. We had 3 families staying together and there was plenty of space for everyone to either be together or split off in smaller groups. The porch and flat grassy backyard were favorite spots for all. Upstairs is a great spot for kids with a bunk room and 2 separate bedrooms off of main room. The owners are so thoughtful with all of the tips they leave in their guest book and extra supplies if you forgot something as well as fun games, books and beach toys. The kitchen is stocked with all you need (even those spices you always forget to bring!) and there was great seating at a long farm table and at kitchen island. The house was immaculate while still inviting and warm. House is located right next to Carillon Town Center so just steps away from ice cream and a short walk to beach and 2 different pools. We could not have been happier and cannot wait to go back!
