I am originally from Niles and always come home for the holidays. We decided to try this instead of a hotel. The price was reasonable. #10 provided the availability for all of us to have our own space/room. The only con was our neighbor was loud at 4am the first night and 2am the second night.

This Vrbo was very clean and nicely updated. We felt very at home and relaxed, the whole process was easy! If I come back , id definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot to stay with friends for a football weekend. The place was clean and everything was well-kept. My only complaint is that sound travels really easily—it sounded at times like the neighbors were in our unit. Not a huge issue since we didn’t spend a ton of time in the loft, but might not be a great place to bring young kids.

The property was very clean but important to note there is no kitchen. The common area did have plenty of coffee and a table. The unit does not have towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms which was annoying but I was quickly given more towels by the lady who cleans. Also Kleenex is not included. When I rented the property I was not given the address which was frustrating. The address is sent the day before you arrive. However when I called I was given the information.

Frustrating & disappointing. Badly sagging mattresses, extremely poor soundproofing, super loud fan with only auto cycle option- either cold/loud, or too warm.
HDMI was disconnected so wasted 40 minutes troubleshooting TV by phone. Reset required unplugging power but outlet too high on wall behind screen. No safe way to reach. No response from Onsite Mgt so only solution per receptionist: wait for Housekeeping next am 10-11. Plan failed because of miscommunication. Housekeeper kindly agreed to interrupt work to help when asked. But morning wasted.
The VRBO units are on upper floor of retrofitted former office complex with 14 ft industrial open ceilings: likely reason sound travels. Rolling barn doors are heavy/loud; sticky latches are fire hazard. Ground level outer door constantly ajar/unlocked.
Original listing: <> but only two Keurigs & single sink in a shared area. Our email called it a “home”. Boilerplate text suggests amenities not available to our unit, including (besides promised kitchen) utensils, & dishwasher.
OSHA should be concerned with loft area meant to sleep two on floor. Wooden steps have narrow slats with cutouts. No adult taller than 4ft could stand upright. Steel cross bar between stairs & futon at ht of child’s neck/chest.
Unit neither ready nor comfortable. Impression: business runs unprofessionally. Careless regard for guests; sloppy communication, absent onsite mgt, unsafe conditions.

We were very happy with the property! We were in and out throughout the weekend and it still filled all of our needs. It was very clean and even more comfortable!

Nice location near st Joe river, easy access to south bend and Swiss valley. Clean accommodations. 2nd time we've stayed here.

The room and facility were very nice. The decor was modern and fun.
However, the communication and consistency of property rules and regulations were a problem. They were friendly, but they sent me emails from multiple email addresses, which was confusing and they often had different and conflicting information in them. I had to ask for clarification on what the actual checkout time was, due to them writing different times in their texts and emails. It would be best if they used only one email address (I thought one of the email addresses was spam because they asked about credit card information from an address that I hadn’t emailed before ). The 4:00pm check-in was difficult as well. My family had to go to another family member’s hotel in Mishawaka to change for an event we weren’t attending.
Other than consistency and communication, I think the facility is definitely worth staying in. It was comfortable, clean, and spacious.

The code to get in did not work but management responded to email communication immediately and got us in the apartment in less than 10min. We appreciated the follow-up communication from management and the rest of the stay was uneventful. The beds were comfortable. One bathroom still needs towel hooks installed.
