Impeccable cleanliness, excellent temperament of service staff and good food. The quality of toiletries was very good

The size of the room which felt clumsy and the bed which was 6×5 feet. It should have been king size bed. The bathroom was too small.

The location is to die for. It is right on the water. You can sit in your private porch and feel the waves crashing. A clean beach is two minutes walking away too. Great location.

Getting to the property was a bit challenging. The car parking is about 10 minutes walk away so it is a slight problem. Also, you have to walk through some small villages and what looks like people's homes to get to the property. Not the vibe you want for your vacation. The rooms are average (basic and clean) but nothing fancy. The towels, bedsheets and upholstery could be improved, especially the price they charged for the room. What was also unseemly was they wanted extra money for in-room tea/coffee ingredients if you finished your allotted tea/coffee packages. While it is was just INR 50 it seemed unnecessary for the price charged and also not a good holiday vibe.

Indian food options are very limited. The resort could do with allowing guests to order Goan cuisine in advance.

We loved our stay at Casa Jaali, it was beautifully located on Patnem Beach and our room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities we could wish for. The resort was stunning, the food was delicious and we would definitely return.

A fridge in the room would have been nice but not essential.

Casa Jaali is nestled behind the palm trees in one of the most beautiful spots I have ever found myself. The rooms are small but perfectly formed, with all the amenities you would ever need. The staff were super attentive & thoughtful, they made an already exceptional spot even more magical. It's the first place I have ever travelled to where I've booked my return trip before I even left. The on site restaurant serves exquisite food, the breakfast included with the room rate was far better than the usual offerings of an included breakfast. My time spent quietly reading sat in the Casa Jaali gardens are some of my favourite holiday memories, ever. This is a must see place.

Casa Jaali is the best place to stay if you are visiting Patnem. It is situated right on the shore, so you fall asleep listening the waves and wake up to watch sunrise right from your room. The Internet is fast and reliable, the management and staff are friendly and helpful. It is a walking distance from pretty much everything in Patnem, and if you need to get a rude, auto rickshaw stand is next door. I stayed there for 8 nights, absolutely love this little hotel with a nice restaurant (tasty breakfast included in the room price), and definitely want to come back!

Location, comfy bed, great AC, good food and amazing mocktails (elderflower was my favorite). Foot washing stations at the room entrance. Great landscaping. Beautiful views.

Our stay at Casa Jaali was a great joy. The rooms were beautiful and spacious with a very distinctive style. The staff was great and very helpful. The food was great although the menu could have more options overall. But the best part is the location. Situated at the rocky part of the Patnem beach, surrounded with such an outstanding and well maintained garden. Early morning sunsets are amazing to experience from the garden. Summing it up, our stay at Jaali was more like a beautiful experience than just a stay. We loved our experience(stay) at Casa Jaali and already can't wait to visit again.

Beautiful spacious room, veranda with stunning view, amazing service from all staff who were more than happy to help with anything you need. The restaurant serves tasty food and the included breakfast is great.
