The house was lovely and well maintained, with the following exceptions: The drains in the 2 showers on the second floor are clogged, the light in the garage didn't work, the bbq igniter was defect and the lanai screen was completely torn.. We had a wonderful stay of course anyway and just wanted to keep you informed of necessary repairs.

Loved the quiet secluded area of Cinnamon Beach. Great house for large family, with many bedrooms and large open spaces. Just one issue, heater on pool wasn’t working. We called to have it tended to, however, issue was not addresses during our stay. Will return! Loved it!!!

We had a very nice time and enjoyed the house. The house does need some minor upkeep. The curtain rod hooks are broken on the windows in the front of the house (so the living room and upstairs master). The main microwave that is above the oven is not working, but there was an extra microwave on the countertop. There were also two coffee pots on the countertop and one doesn’t work. I would think they should just remove the one that does not work. We only had to call maintenance once because we were unsure of the lock to enter the home, but they were very responsive and helpful. Overall, everything was great and we had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed all of the amenities, especially the porches! There’s nothing like listening to ocean waves after dark. The house was clean and incredibly well stocked with kitchen utensils and appliances. The only thing we found a little odd was that many of the door locks, including the bottom floor were broken. This may have been a recent development but we made sure to let management know.

Perfect location on a wonderful and beautiful beach. I travel with the same group of friends the same weekend every fall, and we try to mix up different beaches every year. We all agreed this is one we could definitely revisit.

Great property. All interactions with the property managers were smooth and quick. Location and amenities were excellent. Including access to beach, pools, and gym. Property well equipped for our large group of 14.

Lovely large home. Everything is exactly as described in the listing. Beautiful and safe community and excellent proximity to the beach. Also the proximity to Flagler Beach, St. Augustine and Daytona is very convenient. We would definitely consider renting this property again.

The house was perfect for a Thanksgiving week with our children and grandkids. We were walking distance to the beach and close to the clubhouse. The game room and pool area kept everyone entertained!

We have stayed in Palm Coast for the past 12 years. Rented multiple houses. This property is in a great location, great layout for multiple families. The Management company was great until we had a few issues.

Minor issue with a/c in the basement but their maintenance department was very quick to fix it. Lots of gathering spots inside and out! We had 8 adults and 4 children and were very comfortable. Only thing we were not crazy about was the actual beach. Sand is very coarse with ground shells. There are big boulders in the water that are only visible at low tide. Very hard to swim or body surf because of the rocks. Not ideal for small children!

We could barely get in the ocean water without hurting our feet. Apparently, these rocks were uncovered by a hurricane a few years back. For the most part things were in working order and when the internet went out the management company worked hard to get it back on. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair, pack n' play, and baby gates available; it would have been nice to know in advance, because I ended up bringing my own.

We did wish that the house had more beach towels, I had inquired in advance if they would be available and was told they would be, only to find that the house only had two. Also the dryer had some issues the last two days that cause some clothes to be stained. There was one burner on the stovetop that didn't work and a few dishes we needed to wipe down before using, but most things were clean and everything else in the kitchen was in working order.

Overall though, the house was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of linens for the house. Being so close to the beach was exactly what we wanted and the pool was perfect for the afternoons. I don't know if there could be a better location for the house, it's so close to the beach access while still feeling private due to the greenery around the house. There are plenty of places to hangout as a large group while also affording enough private spaces to take a moment to yourself. We would definitely look to visit here again!
