We loved the Honey Bea for our recent girls' getaway. The house was immaculate, well-appointed, and in a great location (just a quick 5-minute walk from 3rd Street shopping and restaurants). We would highly recommend this property.

The house beautiful, clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms updated and commodious. It’s in a perfect location! A 5 minute walk to historic downtown McMinnville to enjoy the tasting rooms, restaurants and shops!

A couple weeks before our reservation my young niece was moved to hospice , I ask if we could possible change dates ( my son plays basketball there and we have many dates we could visit. The answer was no. The place remained vacant that weekend., no consideration to even give the unused cleaning fee back . I will avoid renting from homes that use this property management company and will certainly share my experience.

This house was wonderful for our first trip to OR wine country. The house was spacious and SO clean. I would book again in a heartbeat as it is so close to all of the restaurants, shops and bars in the town.

Perfect house for our group of 6 adults. Modern updates have preserved the charm. All beds, including the Pottery Barn sofabed were supportive and comfortable. There is a washer and dryer in the basement but you'll need a door code from the management to access it. All three tables- outside, kitchen, and dining room-sat 6 nicely. Kitchen is well equipped for a professional rental--Caphalon pans, decent knives, Oxo mixing bowls. Management company gave a great recommendation for a private concierge-Cristi Millington- who arranged a private chef and a wine tour with vendors who were willing to take rapid covid tests. McMinnville is the largest town in the area and this house is in the best location for walking to restaurants, grocery store, and the Thursday farmer's market; rentals/neighborhoods further from the town center will start to feel generically suburban. The only TV is in the room with the sofabed which we used as a bedroom, but everyone had ipads so we didn't miss it. We were thrilled with the Honey Bea!

Stayed at Honeybea for a couples trip to the Willamette Valley. The location is fantastic - walking distance from downtown McMinnville restaurants, shops and wine-tasting rooms. The house has been lovingly and meticulously updated, and the outdoor space is terrific. Off-street driveway parking was a real plus. We used the recommendations from itrip for wineries and hiking and especially loved the Chris James winery and the Ten Falls Trail, which was well worth the drive from McMinnville. 5+ stars!

This property is in the heart of it all in McMinnville and was the perfection home base for my friends and I who traveled here for wine tasting! The house itself was spacious, very clean, and the beds and pillows were super comfortable. The communication with our host was great too; Any question I had they always got back to me within a few minutes. And they also had numerous great recommendations for wineries and nearby restaurants. I would recommend this house and would definitely rent it again if I get the chance!

The location of this house can't be beat. Restaurants and shops in McMinnville are two blocks away, and the house offers a private driveway for off-street parking. The home was well-appointed, with lovely landscaping and a private patio in the backyard perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home right downtown and within walking distance to parks, restaurants, and shops. Perfect for a family or group of friends who also want to spend time at home cooking and hanging outside. We rented this home for our out of town guests who have a baby. The house was great for them and one room has a small bed with rails and a pack-and-play which were both great.

Overall we had a great experience and would stay there again. One small issue was that there was only one very small TV down in the TV room... I would expect in these times that each room would have its own TV etc. The house is old ( probably 100 yrs ) but done up very nicely but has quirky things like super small closets that you have to duck to get into. Overall though super nice.
