Nice and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and everything was clean and easy.

Good value for money and really nice location in Asakusa - less busy and overwhelming area of Tokyo! The staff were really friendly especially Jimmy. The room was small but comfortable and the shared facilities were useful

The washing machines were often in use so we didn’t get a chance to use them and had to wait until we got to our next accommodation.

Staff was incredibly nice. Every single time I went in, they welcomed me with a smile. From what I noticed, they also spoke several languages and made an effort to speak with their guests. The hostel is very well located. Kappabashi St is literally round the corner which makes the area very touristy. There are several supermarkets and konbini near by. The metro is near by so the hostel is well connected to other areas, including Narita airport (17 min walk + one direct line for less that ¥1300). The room was clean.

Walls seem to be made of paper so you can literally hear people's phones buzzing in other rooms. My sleep is very deep (I need several alarms every day) and yet, I got woken up by noises from the street and the hallway (people going in and out). The bed was comfy enough but the pillows had a strange smell. I do not mind small rooms but this one was very poky.
