Book this one! Great location. Comfy beds and super comfy reclining couch and loveseat. Very large living room enabled us to entertain family. All the teenagers ran up to the loft to hang out. Screened in porch for those that needed an escape.
The owners provided so many extra details from homemade cookies, laundry detergent, toiletries and games for family fun nights.
Property was in a nice neighborhood close to bay and groceries. Fabulous stay!

There were two couples staying here and we had plenty of room. The house simply and elegantly decorated. It's very easy to relax and take some stress off.
All the amenities were perfect, from coffee pot to cooking supplies, we had everything we needed. Wonderful host!

Marisa, our host, is an exceptional host. She is kind, compassionate, and extremely helpful with anything ones might need while staying here. Very responsive to text messages. I fat fingered during the booking process and didn't verify the dates until we were there. I accidentally cut our stay 1 day short, but Marisa went above and beyond and made it possible for us to stay that 1 [xtra] day. Forever grateful.
The back yard is large and secure for our 2 outdoor dogs to roam. There's a bit of mosquitos in the yard but well, it's FL. Master king bed and sheets are soft and comfortable, but a bit squeaky. All the bedrooms are uniquely and nicely decorated, clean, and cozy.
If/When we find ourselves vacationing in Pcola again and bringing our pets, this would be the place we stay.

The communication prior to our arrival was very helpful and the personal touches like coffee and pet treats were much appreciated by the humans. However, the fur baby turned his nose up at the treats.

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Host ensured it was well stocked with towels, dishes, cookware and cleaning supplies. Small but pleasant back yard and grill available (although we did not use it.) Would recommend.

The cottage is wonderful! It was clean and exactly as described in the listing. There were even some delicious homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived! Communication with Marisa was great. We enjoyed our stay in spite of a rainy week. We will be back!

Perfect Home
This is not our first stay at this great home! It was perfect for our family for a quick get a way to Pensacola. Marissa is amazing! The house was spotless! We have been to at least 5 other Airbnbs (etc) and no host has ever had those special touches that Marissa and Mom does…from enough paper products, water, dog bones and fresh baked cookies!

AMAZING HOSTESS
We had such a wonderful time staying in this home. The hostess was super kind and checked on us to make sure we were satisfied. Even though it rained every day we were there, we still enjoyed our stay. House was clean and we had no issues. Highly recommend and will definitely return. 😉

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for our son's graduation in Pensacola. It was so clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for the week. The neighborhood was safe and great for walking our dog. My older parents joined us and we gave them the downstairs bedroom as they have trouble with stairs. Upstairs was perfect for our family of 4 and Marisa had so many amenities waiting for us (her homemade cookies were delicious!)! I highly recommend this VRBO for anyone traveling to Pensacola. Close to downtown, shopping, dining and the beaches. Great stay!

It was nice to get inside with a code and not have to use a key. We found poopy underwear up in the loft area and there were socks in the closet off of the master bath. My dog is 5 and never had fleas. He was groomed and bathed 2 days before we arrived at this house. The yard was yucky. My dog got fleas from the yard. The enclosed porch also had a terrible smell. The other thing that did not work out well was the loft upstairs. If they were watching a movie, you could hear it in the tv room and then couldn’t hear what you were watching.

It's a quiet, cozy house that's perfect for four adults, but has enough room to add two more people. The decor was pleasant and tasteful. We were really comfortable. I would definitely recommend this house and would consider staying again!

Cute Cottage
This adorable cottage was everything we could have asked for and more!! The house looks exactly like the pictures only better!! Marisa thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable and perfect!! She was so friendly and saw to each little detail!! We will definitely want to stay again to be close to family!!

This place has everything you need!!!! Very helpful with everything!! In a quiet and safe neighborhood. Shopping close by. The treats are to die for!!!!!! I didn't get to try any as my husband beat me to them..LOL Lovely home, what you see is what you get!

This property exceeded my expectations! I mean from the location, to the cleanliness, to the decor….awesome place for a family of six without feeling cluttered and on top of each other. I will definitely be booking again when we make a trip back to FL!

Great Little Blue House
This house was perfect for our family. My Sister lives a couple of blocks over so this place was great. Very clean. The owner has lots of little friendly things there. The cookies were a warm welcome and the coffee bar had everything you needed. Will definitely use this cozy little home again.

This home was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean and fully stocked kitchen with pans, cleaning supplies, spices, coffee bar along with toiletries, beach towels & chairs! Lots of attention to details that travelers appreciate! We enjoyed the delicious bakery items left for us as well, so thoughtful!!
The location was perfect as we were there for a Navy Retirement on the Navy Base and wanted to stay half away between there and our friend’s home in Pace. The airport was close and it was only a 25 min drive to Pensacola Beach!
We brought our two small dogs with us and although they would have enjoyed more grass it was fully fenced and private so it was perfect!! There are dog friendly beaches we were able to take them to as well!
We thoroughly enjoyed this incredibly clean home and look forward to another visit here in the future!!
