Was late in booking a place in Palermo, so choice was limited. Booked the Villa as it had parking and a pool! The gardens and pool are lovely, really peaceful spot. Location was good, about 30 mins on the train into the centre which was no issue for us, and Uber back cost about £17. Breakfast was good as well. Whilst the room was dated, the bed was comfortable, water nice and hot, and had what we needed.
Room was a bit dated , and shower was very small with a curtain around. BUT, see above - all functioned well and was clean

Friendly and helpful
Dated room and furniture - drawer fell apart when I tried to open it, bathroom was a squeeze and again - very dated.

The room was spacious clean and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and it was very good value for money.
The location was a little off the beaten path and we had to telephone to gain access.

I liked the fact that it was close to the beach and also Palermo Centre.
I did not like the fact that there were two parties on the Saturday and Sunday night making it impossible to sleep until they had finished. I also would have liked to have seen the restaurant open in the day for snacks.
