This house was in a great location, close to downtown Flagg and 25 minutes from Snowbowl. Easy check in and out. Thanks Mass!

Ww had a wonderful experience! The owner was so helpful and responsive, the home was beautiful and spacious and the location was perfect! Walking distance to all of the shops, restaurants and bars. Exceeded our expectations for our entire family! We will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was great both times. Highly recommend!

The house was very clean, and the kitchen was surprisingly well equipped for a rental. The layout was unusual, with 4 levels, but for our three generations it worked well. I loved the half mile walk into town for morning coffee and the view of the city from the living room windows at night.

Stayed here with some friends and family for a fun winter break. House is very big with plenty of room for kids to run around in one of the 3 living room areas. Inside is well appointed and updated decor. Very clean and well managed by Mass and his team. The only thing this house is missing is a hot tub. If it had a hot tub out on the back deck it would be the perfect winter rental.

There was plenty of space for our entire family, the location was great walking distance to the nearby nightlife and downtown shops.

The house is large and clean. We were two families with four small children and we never felt cramped. It’s close to everything with beautiful views of the town out the back windows. The host was very easy to get a hold of, friendly and accommodating. We would stay again.

While this property does have some good qualities, covered by other reviews, our stay was overshadowed by the negative qualities that all future renters should be aware of. The first night of our Thanksgiving stay we had just two couples staying on the main floor. Once we figured out how to work the numerous heating contraptions, it was quite comfortable and despite the very old mattresses, the beds were comfortable. It should be noted that the master bathroom sink has a VERY slow drain indicating some clogging. The shower nozzle is loose and does not stay put leaving you with a choice of a very cold or a scorching hot shower. The kitchen faucet is also very loose, handle with care as it will fall off soon. While the bathrooms and kitchen have been updated NOTHING else has. It is very dated and the curled edges of the worn rugs pose tripping hazards for elderly people. When we ventured to the lower level to prepare it for family arriving the next evening we discovered multiple issues. First, the listing indicates there are several couches that fold out to beds. Be warned these do not come with linens. There are some old, dirty blankets and pillows in a musty basement closet we were told we could use (no thank you). If you want to use these beds bring your own linens (we had to go out and purchase them). The heater in the lower master bedroom does not work properly. There must be some trick to it as it randomly works with hot or cold air blowing out. I asked the property manager for better operation instructions and was told there is a thermostat on the wall. In fact, there is no thermostat on the wall or anywhere else in the room. Thankfully, there were only men sleeping on the lower level so they managed. The first morning of our stay we realized that even though we paid a cleaning fee, we in fact would have to clean nearly every dish we used. Every pot, pan and cooking utensil had crusted and non-crusted food on it. The previous renters clearly had eggs as it was still present on the spatula. Lip marks on the glasses, etc. On Thanksgiving morning, the first person to use to lower level bathroom discovered that when they flushed the toilet, raw sewage came up into the shower. I messaged the property manager immediately and told him that since it was a holiday we would just forgo the third bathroom for our visit instead of costing him the holiday repair expense. However, we should have requested the repair since he still p

Stayed here while taking my daughter and her friend to check out NAU. Pictures don’t do justice to how big this house is - could fit 2 families with bottom connected apartment. Overall we had a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very nice and it had everything we needed. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

We appreciated the easy walks to shopping and dining, and the security key pad made it easy to come and go without using a house key. My kids loved playing the Ms. Pac Man machine and resting in the hammock. The house had everything we needed, and we enjoyed watching the afternoon rain storms through the large living room windows with views of the woodsy backyard.

Everything about this home was superb, but we especially enjoyed the top floor with the floor to ceiling window and balcony all immersed in the trees. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

The property was clean and the neighborhood was very nice for our stay. For the most part the listing was advertised however it had VERY POORLY WORKING A/C. My group was here in the summer during a hot few days in the 90s and the 2 wall units that the property has did not adequately cool the house. We called the manager who responded quickly with a call to the A/C guy who told my group he had received multiple calls to this house with the same complaint. Short story - the air conditioning in place is not adequate for this house, and that was not represented in the listing. Otherwise it was a nice property and we had a nice stay.
