The view was amazing. The size of the property was perfect. I absolutely loved my room. The food at the restaurants was good. The service was impeccable.

The toilet seat needed to be replaced. The room was pricey for 1 night. There was nothing to do after 10pm.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Location was fine. Fireplace worked well.

The builder or designer of the suites placed the staircase to the loft in an awkward place. You have to duck around it to walk from kitchenette to main sitting area. Could have made bedroom smaller, sitting room larger and include a desk somewhere. The quality of the appliances, the microwave, the lamps, non-working electrical outlets left something to be desired. It would have been nice to have an electric kettle to boil water, not just a keurig for coffee. The TV/DVDs in the room ridiculously complicated. DVD selection at resort not great. [mainly rained while we were there, so that meant indoor options.]
