Had small issue with internet. The modem is in the bedroom, and the power is controlled at the light switch. Would have been helpful to have known that. Spent some time trying to troubleshoot before determining the problem was that the power that controlled the plug was off at the light switch.

The view of the water and property amenities drew us in. This complex is not that well maintained; apartment interior had cob webs, filthy air vents, scuffed walls. It is gated property and the access code did not work since it expired a YEAR prior. After 3 hours of research, Vacasa advised they were unable to come up with a valid code and offered to relocate us, but did not have anything in the area (all options were 6-8 hrs away). A full refund was processed and we had to find alternate accommodations on our own.

The view from the patio is spectacular! Liked that there was no carpet. Quiet area. Perfect amount of space for two people.

Keys were difficult to retrieve from the lock box. Needs a thorough cleaning - baseboards and walls.

This little condo apartment was absolutely perfect!! Located in a gated community with fantastic amenities. There are ponds of water all around with fish. I was even able to spot several great blue harrons hanging out. The apartment has a patio that looks out to this beautiful view of the river with hammocks and palm trees as well as a heated pool located steps from the patio. You can walk along the private Riverwalk that spans the community. For being an apartment community it was very quiet. In fact hanging out in the hammock watching the sun set and going for a dip in the pool were some of the highlights of our vacation!! It's a little further out from the beaches but it's located in a spot that is centrally located with easy access to most everything!! In fact there is even a small convenience store right there before the entrance to the gate. The condo itself was clean and the kitchen had everything you need to make meals. There is even a bbq grill on the patio with a table and chair set. I believe this is a newer vacation rental so I think they are still building it up to perfection. By all means I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend checking it out!! Alaskan approved!! 😊😊

The location has really easy access to quite a few different places but it can take some time to get to the beaches when you take traffic into consideration.
