Very centrally located hotel. Very big room. Getting old, but clean and absolutely okay for the price.

You get all the information you need to find your way around before you arrive. Everything is explained and everywhere is explained again with information sheets on the walls. The rooms are very neat and nicely designed. It has always been very convenient and pleasant. I have nothing to complain about. All in all it's worth staying there. For such a price-performance ratio I will always come back and recommend it to others.

The location is very good, it's close to the city center and a park (under renovation now).

Only a few sockets work which is Inconvenient when you want to use the water cooker (the kitchen socket didn't work) or want to charge your phone. There was a musty smell in the appartement building and in the towels. There were no curtains. Although it's an apartment, there are very few kitchen utensils, no cups and only 3 old plates (of different types).

Location

This is winter. There was no heating and no hot water. I had to go to my friends to have a shower. Room was ice cold. There was no soap and water was leaking all over the floor in the bathroom. I complained to the owner via text and he said an engineer will come. Because I was angry and disgusted I told him I will check out early. The property is supposed to be a nice property but it’s not maintained. I demand a full refund of the money I paid.

It is very dirty when I arrived. The floor is very dusty. They didn't even change the bedsheets because I can smell it and there are hair strands on the top of it. The windows are very dusty too. There's even garbage in the garbage can. I talk to the lady on the phone, she even tell me that I should be the one to clean it, I told her that I just arrived, how come that I should be the one to clean it, and she said that I booked Monteurwohnung, I should know that i will be the one to clean it. She will clean only if its Ferienwohnung. That was never happen to me in my entire life whenever we booked a room for rent.
