This hotel is a great option. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. There’s ample parking, and the hotel is quiet, making it a peaceful place to stay. A nice bonus is the bar in the lobby that operates until 10 pm, providing a relaxing spot to unwind after a long drive. The breakfast was pretty good, no complains.
It’s tough to find anything I don’t enjoy! I’ll try my best to find something :) There are a few small things, probably around breakfast: I couldn’t find any yogurt, maybe it was out of stock. Also, it’s great to have an option for a pancake or waffle machine.

Great location. Close proximity to restaurants, shopping and downtown Charlotte.
My one and only complaint is that there was not a microwave in the rooms. You had to go downstairs and use one in the lobby.

The property was clean and convenient.
The staff (younger ladies) were argumentative about rates because I had three rooms booked but three different rates. She said because I booked through Booking that she could not do anything.
