We liked the quiet location. It is a comfortable property. The property is very hard to find in the dark. The address number is on a small sign on the bottom of the porch. When we arrived, there were no lights on at the cabin, and the cabin was not visible from the road. The small solar light was not working since it had been a cloudy rainy day. A number sign at the street would be a simple fix. The host did call us back right away and directed us into the property. The cell service in the area is poor. We had a power outage for about 6.5 hours from the storm(not the owners fault), just know that power outages occur during storms, if you need power for an oxygen or cpap machine, be aware. The garbage disposal had a weird odor that you could smell in the kitchen/dining area. My guess is the cabin is cleaned when a guest leaves and then sits until next guest arrives. The table and chairs on the porch were dirty and had mouse dropping on them. There is a black cat that sleeps on the porch and leaves cat hair on the chairs. It could use a touch-up before arrival if it has been sitting. Overall a nice cozy cabin in the woods. Also note that apple maps takes you down Fir Dr through a private property that was very muddy, a car would have easily been stuck in the mud. Be sure to come in from the other direction on the paved road via Larson Rd.

Just wanted some relaxing without dogs and family. Beautiful view and quietness. Perfect stay for us.

Great spot for immediate relaxation. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful. Fun town and awesome lakes, forests, and mountains.

Patio was great except for all the cobwebs. Cabin was very dark any time of the day. Roku TV is hard to use. Property needs some TLC. It wasn’t to clean.

Very beautiful cabin in a great location, very comfortable. BBQ on the deck was a definite plus. Only negative comment is garbage disposal had not been run and was full of Cheerios and other food items. We loved our stay and definitely consider it again.

The place is nice and as described. Tucked away in a quiet area of Pinetop with beautiful surroundings. Just what we needed !

I loved the house and the property it sits on. The yard is attractive and the community surrounding it very attractive. Great for early morning walks. Easy access to shopping and restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin in Lakeside. We were looking for a quiet retreat where we could enjoy the fresh mountain air and watch birds from the porch. We got all of that. Having breakfast on the porch was peaceful and enjoyable in the lower temperatures. I highly recommend this nice cabin for a quiet getaway!

This was our first vacation of the year and we just wanted to be in a quiet area and enjoy viewing the local bird activity. This cabin met those expectations wonderfully! We saw a number of species of birds as we sat on the wrap around porch! We thoroughly enjoyed the cooler weather and the location. I would go there again and highly recommend this cabin for a quiet getaway!

Cozy cabin
This cabin is in a great location, back in an area with lots of large pine trees but only about 6-8 minutes from a lot of the restaurants in town. The very large patio was great.

We had a great 2 night stay with our 6 year old granddaughter getting away from the heat. The house is charming, had everything we needed. The upstairs loft was a great place for us to play games or watch tv. We really enjoyed the porch swing.
Definitely keeping this one as a favorite.

We chose to put our kids in the downstairs bedrooms so that they could have a quiet place to sleep if we were in the common areas. The loft had a lot of space and the half bathroom upstairs was very convenient, but unfortunately that bed was pretty uncomfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, but we would rethink the sleeping arrangements.

This was a great stay for my family to get away and enjoy the cooler forest climate. The cabin was clean and quaint. Room for all of us and al the amenities you could ask for, close enough to town to make it easy to get anything you need, or go out to local cuisine, but remote enough to feel like you are miles and miles away from town life. At one point I had to talk to owner of cabin for help with adjusting dates, and they went above and beyond to help me. Definitely will book here again in the future.

Our family enjoyed staying in this cabin! The neighborhood was very quiet and the house had everything we needed.
We chose to put our kids in the downstairs bedrooms so that they could have a quiet place to sleep if we were in the common areas. The loft had a lot of space and the half bathroom upstairs was very convenient, but unfortunately that bed was pretty uncomfortable. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again, but we would rethink the sleeping arrangements.

With cold winter temps & snow during our stay, we got lots of use out of the living room wood stove, which easily heats the entire living area, including the loft bedroom. Firewood is graciously provided by the owner. There is also an outdoor fire pit for sitting around the fire and making s’mores.
The cabin location felt tucked into the woods & secluded , but also just a short 5-7 minute drive to stores & restaurants.
We were delighted that the owner (Ryan) was very responsive to any questions we had by phone/text upon checkin. We’re keeping this cabin on our list for future trips to the Pinetop/Lakeside area.

With cold winter temps & snow during our stay, we got lots of use out of the living room wood stove, which easily heats the entire living area, including the loft bedroom. Firewood is graciously provided by the owner. There is also an outdoor fire pit for sitting around the fire and making s’mores.

The house was great and I loved reading on the porch. The house was furnished with everything we needed. One issue we had was trying to figure out how to set up the DVD player with no directions provided. We had a toddler who was still sleeping in a crib, was nice they had a pack n play so we did not need to pack one. The cabin was very spacious for us (2 adults and 1 toddler). The location is central to Show Low lake and Rainbow lake so very nice if you plan to go fishing.
We were able to use their grill and firepit both were perfect for us. We loved sitting on the deck during storms and at night. Overall we had a great trip!

The inside is dark, small livingroom with limited seating for 2 adults, electric stove-we prefer gas, walls were dusty and cobwebbed but I guess that's expected, small shower, tight staircase. We Lysol sprayed and wiped down surfaces and found our wipes were dirty, hmmm. We had to get paper products-paper towels, napkins, tp, propane gas for the outdoor grill, hand soaps.

Great location, great porch, not so good living area, but good sleeping areas.
Check in was easy. We Lysol sprayed and wiped down surfaces before moving in, found our wipes to be dirty, hopefully it was just dust, glad we did. Sleeping areas were roomy, beds comfortable. 1 1/2 bath with a small shower. The cabin is dark, livingroom is small with seating for 2 adults, the couch was tiny. We set up camp chairs in the livingroom to seat all of us. Stove is electric, that is important if you're a cook. Great out door porch area with a gas grill. If you're afraid of spiders you may want to reconsider, we killed and brushed away more than a few spiders.
