Ein wirklich schickes Hotel mit wunderschönem, äußerst gepflegtem Garten, nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal, exzellentem Restaurant (kreative türkisch-internationale Fusionsküche) und sehr individuellem Strand. Besonders schön: die Zimmer mit Zugang zum Pool, super zum ordentlich Bahnen ziehen oder, um einfach auf der eigenen Terrasse im Pool die Seele und die Füße baumeln zu lassen!

Liked everything. Staff went above and beyond for us - we arrived prior to check in with three extra groomsman who needed to get ready for our wedding next door. They were super helpful and accommodating and even brought out champagne giving us a room the moment it was ready. Very grateful. The staff on the desk are super helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, with a very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, and having a balcony was a great bonus. The restaurant were nice, the views were beautiful, and enjoying the sea in the morning was especially wonderful.

The different staff members gave us completely different prices for the airport transfer, which was not a major issue. However, during check-out, we were told that we had had dinner at a restaurant where we had supposedly signed the bill but had not paid. This was completely incorrect, as we had never been to that particular restaurant. At every restaurant we visited, we paid immediately on the spot. We were asked to pay an additional €300 for a dinner at the fish restaurant, even though we had never been there. We asked the staff to check the security cameras to confirm that we had not visited the restaurant. They spent approximately 30 minutes checking while our taxi was waiting for us, Also, we were late getting to the airport. In the end, they discovered that someone had signed the bill under our name, although we still do not know how this happened. We had absolutely nothing to do with this dinner. What was especially disappointing was that we received no apology or proper explanation from the hotel, which is absolutely unacceptable.
