The condo is located in a descent area near downtown Bend so it’s great if you want walking access to shops and restaurants. The pull out sofa is not at all comfortable, this really only sleeps well for two. The condo was clean and there’s a good amount of space. Neighbors upstairs are easily heard walking around, even into late night hours. The pool could use some updating and the hot tub was out of service when we visited.

Our property manager was very responsive and very accommodating.

Great property, great condo, great location! Even though it is an older complex, it was very quiet. Being able to look out the window and see the river flowing by was just wonderful. Everything I needed was there, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Will definitely stay here again!!

I would give this property 10/10! From easy check in , clean well stocked and lovely funishings, to the most beautiful river view from the balcony. Miles of river side walking trails just steps from the property. And a short scenic walk into Downtown Bend. Comfortable bed, nice AC. Only great things to say about our stay in this scenic unit.

For our short stay in Bend, I think this spot was absolutely perfect! The condo was so cute and in a great location. We walked everywhere we went within 10 minutes. The view from the private balcony was our favorite.

Comfortable condo right next to the river turned out to be a perfect getaway on a very hot weekend! The condo has AC. The property had gated areas for our pup to do her business.

Good Location. Well appointed. Only knock is the complex is old and you can hear every step from the unit upstairs.

The location and views of this apartment were better than I could have hoped for. Short walk to everything and so quiet! It was the perfect place for our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the view and sound of the Deschutes was our favorite part! We enjoyed being close enough to walk lost places in downtown and having a kitchen! Would stay again, thank you so much!

Clean, great location. I was a little bit nervous because of all of the keep quiet signs and warnings.. unsure if I was allowed to walk around or play music or anything. Beautiful view, great amenities. The couch could Have been more comfortable but it was a huge plus that it pulled out.. also there were not extra blankets in any of the closets which would have been appreciated. Overall, we loved the view and the layout and would love to rent again. Appreciate the open communication and instructions provided.

Overall this was a nice location and property. This was primarily a place to sleep for this trip. I would recommend the bed be replaced. The center is broken down.

We have previously stayed at Bend Riverside, but not at this particular condo. The space was # 307/308. The view of the River is beautiful. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We will stay again on our next trip! Thank you!

Easy stay with a great view of river. Nice location and the apt has everything you might need in a place. Would definitely consider re renting when back in bend.

We arrived in our room and automatically were drawn to the breathtaking view of the Deschutes and the trails just right outside our room. The room was very clean and well stocked with the basics for a pleasant stay. The property was clean and maintained. The park was a short walk away and the pool and hottub were an extra bonus. Will definitely be booking again , well worth the location and experience.

We loved the location, sitting on the deck looking at the river was wonderful. We walked into Downtown Bend many times. The condo was definitely older, had the bare minimum, but we booked it for the location mostly.

Terrific spot with a great patio overlooking the river--great for morning coffee! Right on river trail, so perfect for walks. Easy to downtown. Very nice condo!

Staff communication, cleanliness, location and air conditioning were excellent after that we were very disappointed. We have stayed in places from budget to relatively nice (we can't afford luxury). We are ok staying in budget, but we paid for luxury and got budget. I understand how supply and demand works and I know we very much overpaid and I regret it. This was OUR mistake, but hopefully my notes will inspire change by the owners or you can consider this when you when you decide to stay here. The place has had semi face lift and they did an ok job, but now you can see light fixtures falling off the wall and paint pealing off the door frames. The showers are the old plastic floors/walls one piece that you find in any low budget buildings. ALL communication I had with the staff was GREAT, but you can tell either the owner or management company wants to spend the minimum to make this property work. We paid over $2k for the week and and expected more than the cheapest toilet paper money can buy . There is a couch that is not very comfortable, made more so because there is nothing to put your feet on. There is a t.v. which is on the other side of the room and tiny / low res. Kitchen has the basics, and nothing more (the pots and pans were nice). We were given 1 trash bag and 1/2 ounce of dishwashing liquid for the week. (Why?) This place says Motel Parking when you drive in, and yes it was more like a Super 8 than what I expect when I rent VRBO. I hate to give a bad review because Troy was great, but it really ruined our trip feeling like we got ripped off. If we had paid less this place would have been perfectly fine. Parking was great and it was quite (we slept well). At the end of the day if you if you lower your expectations or you don't feel like you overpaid there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place. Finally we was very clean and we were able to walk many places. Sorry to the staff for this review, this is not on you.
