This house is wonderful - very well appointed with an impressive combination of indoor/outdoor space for lounging and relaxing. Our group of 12 only wished we could have stayed a few more days to really take advantage of the space. We will definitely consider the Magic Mansion for future stays.

Beautiful home.......some minor issues. Outdoor fridge had exposed wires...nephew got shocked plugging it in. Was repaired once called. Someone appeared to put chemicals in the pool, without any prior warning....when some of our family were planning on swimming. Not enough pots and pans supplied for our party of 15.....what would happen with a larger party. No shuffle board sand (needed to call), just to use the shuffleboard. Water never would warm up for those in the back upstairs bedrooms (for showers). We could not get the theater room tv/screen to work. I think the reference of shuttles to and from Disney, etc. should better be explained, as we were unable to use this service because they had to be set up in advance. Also, we were asked to have the pool water heated ....in July. It should be noted that it is not necessary to have this done in the middle of summer (maybe other seasons, but not the end of July). **unless ice cold water was being pumped into the swimming pool. We were also wanting to use the fire pit out on the pool deck, but were told it was for the owners use only (bummer). Overall, lovely property........just a few aches and pains that could have been better relayed to those renting. (never heard of not having wash clothes supplied.....especially at what was charged per night, these are the little things that should be supplied).

Gas leak on the 1st day arriving. Had to evacuate the house until 10"30 pm when it was fixed. Dirty pool. Rat droppings all over the outdoor. Only 2 burners working in the kitchen stove. Air Conditioning not functioning. Temperature in the house was 80 degrees. Ice machine not working. House was dusty. Management office was not helpful at all with all our problems at this home. Will never stay there again.

The property was absolutely beautiful! My family enjoyed everything about this house! I have nothing negative to say! I hope we can come back next year!!
