Room was spacious - non smoking, bed and pillows were so comfortable. I like that i have a small kitchen + washing machine and everything i needed was available. The location was good easy access to taxis, cafes, supermarkets, money exchange. Most of all the staff were super helpful, warm and friendly. We had a lovely stay, I will choose to stay in this hotel again.

he staff were exceptionally pleasant, courteous, and professional throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the Front Office team—Niranjan, Farhay, and John—for their warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located, the property is clean and well maintained, and it offers excellent value for money. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
The room was not ready at the scheduled check-in time, which resulted in an unnecessary delay. Additionally, as the booking was made for three guests, the room should have been prepared accordingly with sufficient amenities, such as an extra pillow, blanket, and other essentials, prior to our arrival. Paying attention to these details would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
