Not knowing what apartment you would be allocated.

Las instalaciones del residencial son muy buenas, con varias piscinas, jardines. En cuanto al apartamento era todo nuevo, con una terraza muy buena. Tenía de todo: mobiliario de terraza, aspiradora, plancha fregona, cepillo, cafetera, tostadora...Lo único es que te dan una sola llave para acceder al apartamento y como se necesita también para acceder a la piscina, pues resulta escasa. De cualquier forma si solicitas otra llave te la dan. Además su ubicación es estupenda , con un supermercado al lado y muy cerca de la playa y de centros comerciales. Por otro lado es un lugar muy tranquilo y el tener aparcamiento dentro del residencial es otro punto a su favor. En definitiva se trata de un alojamiento muy recomendabe.

Lovely well maintained complex in a great location. Clean pool.

We were given one towel each and only one key on arrival. This was extremely inconvenient as we had a teenage son. If there was a lock box at the door where the key could be left that would be fine but it was a huge inconvenience for the entire holiday. We didn’t have the freedom to go where we wanted. Also, we booked full apartment but only 2 beds were ready as we only booked for 3. All beds should have been prepared regardless. We had friends staying in other apartments managed by other agents and they had 2/3 keys and plenty towels etc. just feel after paying a large amount that the provisions in our apartment were not to the standard we would have expected. Again, a beautiful apartment but I would book via a different management agency the next time as better provisions were provided to others. One key is a HUGE inconvenience and limited our plans on our holidays.

The apartments are lovely..very modern, clean & new looking.

The place is lovely..few different swimming pools..great bar staff. However, the man at reception was rude,abrupt & very unwelcoming & the pool grounds manager & his pool side staff are rude & unhelpful. I left my pool band in my room & my husband went back to get it..& i was immediately kicked off pool side despite giving them my room number & explaining my husband was getting my band. Their rudeness spoilt my stay unfortunately.
