Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme

kompetentes und sehr freundliches Personal, Essen ausgezeichnet ! Tolle Lage am Strand

Alles sehr gut. nur eine kleine Anregung, der Speisesaal würde eine andere Beleuchtung und etwas Farbe gut vertragen

Everything.

Nothing!

This was not my first stay at Parco Smeraldo, and once again I had a wonderful experience. The staff really deserves a special mention – everyone is genuinely friendly, attentive and always ready to help, no matter the request. The food is excellent, and the drinks are fantastic as well. Both the pool area and the beach are always beautifully maintained and spotless, which makes the whole experience incredibly relaxing. Overall, Parco Smeraldo consistently delivers a wonderful experience, and I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The view was breathtaking, and our room was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of storage space in both the bedroom and bathroom. One of our favorite parts of the stay was having access to the thermal pool—it was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The staff were truly amazing: friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We also had the opportunity to dine at the hotel restaurant, and the food was absolutely delicious! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would happily return. Highly recommend!
