It was amazing value for money. Beautiful building and roof terrace with amazing views. One of my favourite places in Mallorca!

Location

The room smelled like gasoline and there was no hot water

We had room on the highest floor which was very cozy with nice view and right next to beautiful terrace.

The only negative was that AC did not work and shower also stopped working from time to time for short period of times. There was also a lot of construction going on around the property. We were there June 2023.

Comfortable bed

The hotel is surrounded by a building site which won't be going away soon. No communication on this from the owners & no response. The noise was too much for me.

perfect location, but there was a huge construction site right outside the building while I was staying there. The beds were pretty comfortable. and the check in process through a lockbox was hasslefree. since there is no reception, it was hard to make the staff aware of the problem.

there were no windows to the outside in my room (nr. 1) and there was a constant smell of gasoline inside the room, which made me check out early because it was causing a headache.

nice building, large room perfect location, next to the main street and a free parking

besides that the walls between rooms are very thin and you can hear your neighbours, the management is clearly lacking professionalism. i arrived at the hotel at around 6.05pm as mentioned when i booked and there was already a person in the room that was assigned to me. i called both phone numbers that was provided on a sign at the reception area. i called the 1st number 5 or 6 times with no answer and the 2nd one was straight to voicemail (a nice lady called me back 1h later saying that she does not work at the hotel but know the owner and can contact him for me...). in the meantime i was able to reach the owner via a 3rd phone number, the one in the booking.com app. he told me to check if the room across the one i was suppose to stay was open, and no it was close so he said that he will come at the hotel in 10min. Finally after 45min 2 ladies (i suppose part of the cleaning staff) came and checked if a 3rd room was open which was so they just told me to stay there (i left the room soon after to explore the city and have dinner so I don't know if there were some guests that were supposed to stay in that room and had to deal with the same trouble as I did). Be aware that luckily it was on a saturday and apparently the reception is not available on phone on sunday....
