This hotel is definitely one of the best choices on Kos island. Friendly staff, 100% holiday feeling. The food is always fresh and really good. Two pools, many activites and all in all a beautiful setting.
There was really nothing missing!

The hotel has fabulous buffet breakfasts and dinners. There is great variety each day and between days -- like going to gourmet restaurant with lots of choices. Lunch at the pool bar is even better (assuming you can eat a third meal) -- a mix of Greek taverna food and comfort food.
There's nothing we did not like. We have gone back to the hotel many times and stayed for several weeks. No complaints.

The location was great, quiet and within walking distance of the city center.
The staff were very polite and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable.
Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a large buffet offering a wide variety of options. I particularly enjoyed having Nespresso coffee available at breakfast instead of the standard filtered coffee. It was a wonderful start to each day.

Our room was extremely dated. We booked 3 rooms, as a family unit, and they placed us at opposite ends of the hotel. The pool was very nice but closes too early, at 6pm they ring a bell (as if you are in a boarding school). I don’t feel it’s necessary to have to dress up in long pants for supper, especially in the heat of summer. So we never dined at the restaurant, for dinner, at all. Fortunately the restaurant across the road did not have this requirement, so we dined there every evening.
