Tinha um vazamento no box do chuveiro do banheiro que ia até o quarto danificando o Marco da porta. Coisa antiga. Já deveriam ter reparado

Boa localização em zona tranquila. Atendimento gentil da equipe. Boa acomodação.

Localização boa, funcionários da recepção educados e atenciosos, quarto com um tamanho bom, cama confortável e chuveiro bom. Café da manhã básico, padrão.

The location is excellent. And good breakfast. The room was very clean.

The service was not impeccable. We had to ask for another pillow as the one we had in the room was not comfortable. Nonetheless they were quick to give us another one. We had problems with the key that wouldn’t work and had to request another one for 5 times back and forth. Another thing was the carpet in the hallway that was very worn out and dirty.

visiting friends in the São Paulo area and the location was perfect. a very nice staff and the facilities were exactly what we needed. Very clean and welcoming. Bed was very nice, bathroom small, overall an amazing price for a very nice business type hotel.

The breakfast was great, with a variety of breads, cakes and natural fruit juices. It also offered hot plates, coffee, teas and a selection of fresh fruit and cheeses.

There is no safe in the room.
