Location, staff were very friendly and extremely accomodating

We've stayed here before and we love the place, it's clean,comfortable and friendly. It has a certain charm without being pretentious and the location is fantastic. Really enjoyed the meals we had as well!

Beautiful position with fabulous views
The room was large with a four poster bed, views to two sides and a wonderful bathroom and added extras like a coffee maker
The staff were lovely and very helpful.
Breakfast was great, I just had porridge with things added but the choice was good.
Dinner was good, typical pub grub but well cooked.
There was a jazz night when I was there and the atmosphere was great.
The only thing really was it was a bit noisy when others came to bed later at night … doors banging etc but didn’t notice the second night.

Location beds were comfy nice food lovely staff
Broken toilet seat ,bathroom door didn't close Furniture marked and had its day,lacking electric sockets ,I was not informed to expect very loud party music until midnight. I had travelled to scatter my mums ashes and needed peaceful location. Distressing night due to excessive noise.
