The Horseshoe Guesthouse

We had a wonderful stay at the charming Horseshoe in Rhayader. It is a small, beautifully maintained and very stylish guesthouse, full of character and charm. We particularly loved the lovely rustic details that have been carefully preserved throughout the interior — they give the place a warm, authentic and unique atmosphere. The staff were absolutely wonderful: friendly, welcoming and always happy to help, while remaining discreet and respectful of our privacy. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a good buffet selection, complemented by delicious dishes prepared fresh to order for each guest. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented and very tasty.

Very good stopover while on a cycling holiday. Good facilities for overnight bike storage, very efficient & friendly staff, well equipped room, ok breakfast

It's so difficult to find places that use eco friendly, non scented washing powder. Most modern washing powders are so strongly scented & whatever they use is exceptionally strong. If it wasn't for that I'd have no hesitation in recommending the place

Good breakfast, friendly staff, great location.

Great location, clean and comfortable room. On site parking which was secure for my motorbike.

Everything was perfect
