It's a cheap hotel very basic rooms
The rooms and bathrooms could do with being updated I didn't eat there as it seemed expensive for the me needs better lighting in the bedroom

The location and short commute to Cannes
Staff were very rude and were just standing at reception looking at us when we arrived. No welcome or how can we help.
Restaurant closed.
Air-con didn’t work properly.
Stains in the toilet.
Broken shower head.
Tiny room which felt like a prison.

Everything was just as we hoped it would be. Plenty of secure parking, nice welcome at reception an adequately sized room and all clean and tidy. Staff in the restuarant were helpful and friendly.
The bar/restaurant was closed on Friday evening. This meant we had to go to an adjacent bistro/restaurant but that was within easy walking distance.

20 MINS DRIVING TO CENTER OF CANNES
STAFF IS NOT FRIENDLY THE CARPETS IN ROOM AND GENERAL AREAS LOOK UNCLEANED. PEOPLE LEAVE THEIR TOWELS IN THE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE MIDDLE OF THE HOTEL AND ITS JUST UNNECESSARY

The hotel corridors and rooms smell of cigarette smoke. This is very unpleasant. The rooms are small and the bathroom is tiny. The staff was absolutely fine and pleasant. We were there during the Festival in May and the price was absolutely way too high for what we got.

One staff was just adamant on not trying to understand I had an urgent meeting and she kept insisting that my room would be provided only at 3 pm. Even hostels at times do try to accommodate but not here. However beyond that they were smiling and accomodative
