Everything is perfect at this hostel. It’s worth the money. Food is great (best yoghurt, granola fruit bowl of my trip). Delicious hot chocolates. Swimming pool, hot tub, hammocks, plenty of comfortable sitting areas around the spacious hostel, table tennis, pool table, hostel activities every night (eg family dinner, music bingo, happy hour etc). The manager Charli is super helpful with booking tours - we were able to text him and he sorted all the activities we wanted to do while we were there, including pickup from hostel (eg extreme canyoning, white water rafting and quad bike hire to explore waterfalls). This was really appreciated, it made our trip so enjoyable and simple. We booked a deluxe queen room with a private balcony and bathroom and it was just perfect. Really comfortable bed, powerful hot shower, dressing gowns, nice decor. Such a treat! This hostel provides everything you’d need for a stay in baños. I’m so glad we booked to stay there. It is located up a hill about 10 min taxi ride (only about $3) from the centre. The hostel is surrounded by trees and is really peaceful, in contrast to the busy noisy streets in the centre. So I really rated having a peaceful sanctuary to return to each day after enjoying all the fantastic activities that baños had to offer!

There are no communal kitchen facilities to make your own breakfast to keep food costs down. But the breakfast was so nice, that I was happy to have a treat each morning.
