L accueil à l arrivée

Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel et nous sommes déçu car ça se dégrade de plus en plus Chambre petite , petit déjeuner décevant, trop de monde dans la salle des petits dej, de moins en moins de choix

L'emplacement et le confort général.

Le petit déjeuner pourrait proposer plus de choix, le spa n'est pas accessible au -18ans même accompagné, sympa pour les ados.

Good location, delicious breakfast, tidy environment. There is a park arround the teritory for a walk.

The hairdrier in the room is old style “telephone” and it takes ages to dry the hair. Not clear when the cleaning lady is cleaning the rooms, hence if you miss it to pur “Clean my room” when she is there, then you might need to wait couple of days again, because some of the days she is not there to clean. One time I left a sign to clean the room - bed linen was changes , but towels lying on the ground in the bathroom - no :-/ Missing a simple hanger for jackets in the room.

Took a €100 authorisation payment that they said would be reversed overnight and 5 days later I’m still waiting for it to be cancelled
