Great location, friendly and helpful staff (especially Sofia, Casey, and Maxime), and a simple, comfortable stay with everything needed for a short visit.

The room condition was inconsistent with the photos shown on Booking.com and Google reviews. Some rooms appear renovated while others, like Room 308, are very outdated. It would be helpful if this was clearly indicated when booking.

The service was excellent. If I may say anything, the gentlemen at the front desk who were on shift on May 16th were incredibly helpful; everything I asked for was no problem for them. Thank you for parking and moving my car, which was quite difficult in the rather tight parking lot. Congratulations to the hotel manager for the excellent reception service on May 16th! Rooms with balconies, excellent location for train trips to Nice and Monaco – 4 minutes from the train station. A beautiful town with plenty of restaurants for evening meals. A charming place and lovely people.

The room was a good size and had a small balcony with a chair and table. However it looked over the street and there are two major construction projects going on opposite from 8am to 6pm which were very noisy and dusty. The guy on reception in the afternoon was very good and helpful

The carpets are old, stained and smelly and need changing. When the door was shut the roomed smelled of dirty socks and dust. There are two major construction projects going on opposite the hotel from 8am to 6pm making it noisy and dusty. The Italian girl on reception is unhelpful and unprofessional. She had difficulty marking the hotel on a map of the town. When I arrived at midday she refused to even countenance that my room might be ready before 3pm and didn’t check with the housekeeper. When I had breakfast - I would recommend going up the road to a cafe where it is cheaper and better - she asked me to pay right away instead of at check out so she could close the books! She has zero notion of client service.
