Very friendly receptionists, cosy rooms, amazing view and surrounding area! Will definitely come again.

The pool was overcrowded with visitors for the day with loud children and therefore we couldn't really relax

The view is AMAZING! So much fun taking the cable car up! You can also walk it! The hotel is right on many walking trails. It's just a great location. I also loved the staff, everyone was so helpful and kind. I ate in the restaurant every morning and night and it was delicious... even for a vegetarian!

The staff are so nice and helpful. The view is spectacular. There’s a sauna, which is amazing at the end of the day. Worked from there, the wifi was reliable. Would recommend for a weekend alone to connect to yourself or to work or to go with friends or family. Great place for kids.

Incredible views, great/ accommodating desk manager, location in a nice village, fun staying in a hotel only approachable by cable car.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Schliersberg Alm. The magic begins on arrival, when you park your car at the bottom of the hill and get the cable car to the top - the only way to access the hotel. (Or hike up, if you feel like doing that with your luggage). The views of the lake and mountains are absolutely stunning, and we had a great view from our room. The hotel has a restaurant, and a great spread for breakfast. We were lucky to go in low season so we were able to secure a table with a view for both meals. The staff were friendly (which not always a given in this part of the country) and were happy to accommodate our special request. There are lots of activities available: trampolines, a pool, even a summer bobsled route all the way down the hill. The sauna was a special highlight for us - a private room bookable by the hour at no extra cost. Something to be mindful of is that the reception closes at 6pm, so make sure to get your bookings and requests in before then. Will be happy to come again! There was nothing we didn't like. The experience was flawless!

Good facilities for children - toboggan run, pool, playground etc. Sauna available, though not used. Very good food (menu not extensive but good and varied). Superb views. Friendly, helpful staff.

An indoor bar for use during the day would be good. Restaurant only served food from 18.00 until 20.00, which is really too short. After the main course we waited for some time to order dessert but were then told that some were not available because it was after 20.00. We did, however, get a slightly limited choice.

The pool was nice. Trampoline and playground were also very child friendly. Covid precautions were taken. Breakfast was good.
