Space is a little tight in the room but that is how it is w most Japanese hotels. No gym. No pool.
There should be an option for no room cleaning but for rubbish to be cleared, fresh towels and water. Guests can just bag the rubbish and leave it outside their rooms with the used towels in exchange for fresh ones.

Central location. right over the station and in the middle of everything. View from the room is stunning.
Breakfast facility is quite small, there was constant queue while we were eating.
There is no coin laundry in the hotel, which is quite standard in the Japan hotels of such level.

Breakfast was OK: the food looked good and was varied. The fruit offering was poor and there was no real orange juice. The view and location were excellent and the staff very helpful.
See above regarding breakfast. I could also add that the coffee was not great and there was no expresso. The room was OK and well thought out although rather small - fine for one but not great for two.
