We were so impressed from the moment we were arrived and were greeted by the most gracious Hosts to the stunning private setting with every amenity inside and out. With the beautiful park like setting to the Wasatch Mt. Range, and Martha Stewart Living, comfort and accommodations, made for our lovely and memorable stay. The hosts did everything possible to make this a great place to stay. Little things are big. Coffee, bottled water, robes for the hot tub, boot warmer are things you just don't get at most places. Best place I have ever stayed.

First off, the property is better than the pictures portray. Plenty of space, everything is spotless, amazing view from the hot tub....you just can't go wrong with this place.
Then there is Randy. An amazingly kind, considerate, and attentive host.
Knowing that leaving this review likely reduces the chance I can book this location again in the future, I feel I owe it to Randy because he is that amazing of a host.

We’ve stayed in quite a few Vrbos. This was the best home and host to date. The towel warmer took the experience over the top. The host was great about keeping the snow cleared.

Randy is an excellent host. He has thought of everything you might need, down to some ziploc bags in the kitchen for leftovers. Don't be put off by having him upstairs; it certainly felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. We felt very welcome and had plenty of privacy. We would definitely stay again!

This property was exactly what we needed for a relaxing but busy stay. The Mountain view from the backyard/windows is incredible. There are grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants nearby that make stocking up or ordering in easy. The location is an easy drive to the airport, Park City, Provo, and Soldier Hollow - all places we visited! Randy is incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Huge windows, tons of light (even for a basement) and that view!!! I could sit and look at the mountains forever. The space was clean and well stocked, plenty of towels, coffee and water. The location was perfect, easy to get downtown and to local shopping. The hot tub was amazing too- no complaints about our stay!

This is an amazing property with all the amenities for a peaceful and relaxing stay. Very clean, very relaxing, very quiet, and the most beautiful view in Salt Lake. The host is very accommodating and helpful. Everything you would want in a getaway.

This was one of our best VRBO rentals ever. Very clean. Very well decorated. The perfect family. Place to stay. Randy has thought of every detail. Even truffles in the bedrooms, which our grandchildren were giddy over! The pool and patio were so relaxing and everything you could possibly need is very well-stocked. We will definitely book this home again the next time we visit our Utah kids.

We had an amazing stay throughout our time here. The pictures are a very accurate reflection of the property, which is stocked with every conceivable amenity. The pool, patio and outdoor space are all beautifully maintained, and the beds are the most comfortable we've ever experienced in a rental home. You definitely won't be disappointed.

Had a great time here with my family. We brought a lot of stuff we did not need too as the house is set up very well. My grandkids had a great time and were very so excited about having the pool with the slide to play in. He even has plenty of life jackets for little ones. Would definitely stay again.

Had the best time staying here! The backyard is incredible and there is so much to do! And the inside was very clean and gave us the space that we needed. In a great area; easy access from the freeway and a lot of restaurants and things to do nearby! The host was so kind and gracious! Would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

This is a basement apartment with a great pool. The property is well looked after with lots of nice amenities. We didn’t see the upstairs neighbors the whole time so it was peaceful and private.

Holy cow! Randy is such a great host. This is by far the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at! The house was very well stocked with necessities as well. We appreciated having so many clean towels and robes! There was so much to do too - from swimming to hot tubbing, roasting s’mores, playing in the yard, lots of little bikes and toys for the kids to ride too. We can’t wait to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Four very comfortable bedrooms, a bunch of outdoor space and a heated pool with a water slide. Tucked away from the street so it is very quiet. Borders a golf course. Close to grocery store and restaurants. Randy was very responsive. We would stay here again.

Not only is the place beautiful, Randy and his wife have filled the place with any amenity you could possibly need and they have tons of thoughtful touches they add to your stay. We loved it and would definitely love to return for another visit. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone who wants to visit SLC.

The property was awesome. You had beautiful views of the Utah mountains and a very spacious yard with heated pool and plenty of outdoor seating. Owner was very responsive to all questions. We enjoyed our family stay immensely and if back in the area would definitely stay their again. Would recommend to any one whether just visiting with family and hanging around the pool and outdoor space or if venturing into the local mountains or other activities.

We had a fantastic stay at the Belmont. The owner was very friendly, thorough and responsive. The house was extremely clean and worked perfectly for our group. The showstopper is the backyard and views. There is something for everyone here. Whether you want to relax poolside, chat indoors, or sleep, everything is comfortable. Convenient location to Salt Lake City, Draper, and the airport. Although it was just adults who stayed, it would be perfect to return as a family!
