We had a great stay at this location. The area was the cutest with little shops and restaurants super close. Located right above a ice cream shop! Rent bicycles right in front of the studio, pool located right in back of the unit and a golf cart tram picks you up to take you to the beach just steps away. Had the best time!! Super close to Allys beach too!

My husband and I stayed for five nights. The condo was just perfect. Comfortable and very convenient. We had a hiccup with the tv signal and Bill responded immediately and had it fixed for us quickly. The complex pools are right behind the condo and the sundries store is perfect for a quick bottle of wine or a sandwich. Also so convenient to very good restaurants and right beside Rosemary Beach. Great vacation. We’ll be back for certain.

Great location! Center of Alys and Rosemary Beach with many restaurants and bars, easily accessible by walk or bike. Beach access nearby and great pool for guests. Nice clean and quaint property, perfect for two adults. Live music in the evenings!

Such a cute property and the location was amazing! Bikes just down stairs ready to be rented & lots of food options. Alys beach & Rosemary beach were a walk or bike ride away too! We had a great time and would stay again. The one downside is we wish the entrance of the apartment had lighting, it would get pretty dark at night. Other than that we loved our stay!

We loved the location and amenities of this place! The pool and proximity to shops and restaurants were awesome features. The unit itself is small--the kitchenette isn't set up for much more than microwaving, so plan on eating out or making sandwiches. Everything was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo is conveniently located in walking distance to tons of shopping and restaurants in Seacrest and Rosemary. The pool is directly across from this unit, and the transit pick up for the beach was easy to use. It is a beautiful area. The beach access for Seacrest is very crowded. That was our only complaint. The condo and community were great though!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. The location is wonderful, with easy access to shops, dining and the beach. The place is very clean, the check in process was very easy, and the amenities the owners keep in the room were a nice surprise! We especially loved the beach chairs and umbrella that we couldn't have packed with us since we flew and didn't drive. If there was anything that we needed that wasn't in the room, there is a little grocery store not even a block away. We had a lovely stay and would love to stay there again!

We really enjoyed this space!! We especially loved the many hooks to hang wet swimmers and towels on. The room is super close to the washer and dryer. This was a great stay for a family of 4!

I was hesitant at 1st because of the photos, but had looked through the reviews. As a realtor & vacation property owner, I will say this place is ON POINT!! The decor is adorable & the space was utilized so effectively. Bill responded very quickly when I had questions. The location is awesome!! We weren't able to utilize the pool or have beach time while we were there bc of the weather, but both looked fantastic & we want to come back!!! It was a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for us 😊

This is the cutest studio! I went for a rehearsal dinner and wedding located on 30A. The owner was awesome about communicating with me and made my first rental experience superb 🙂. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Seacrest is a great area. We had stayed there many. This was the perfect condo for our family to enjoy a quick getaway.

I would definitely book this again. I even invited friends over to check it out. This may sound silly but I was worried that it would smell like sugar from the candy shop below. Nope! Not at all. Very clean and reasonably priced. Coming back for sure.

This condo was one of the cleanest and most adorable we have ever stayed in. The decor was a blend of beachy and chic and it both smelled and felt fresh and clean! So important when you want to relax! Everything we needed for a few days stay was available. Loved how the unit also had the best beach chairs. We had brought our own, but next time would use the ones in unit. Would most definitely stay here again!

Bill and Carol’s condo was perfect! It is steps away from Rosemary Beach and Alys beach so ease of access to restaurants was amazing. We also walked to Inlet Beach which was not far either. The condo was very clean, they had beach towels, you can download the app in the laundry room for a credit since beach towels need to be clean prior to checking out, pool was great, the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure/ hot water was the best after a long day and they had everything we needed! There is a local grocer downstairs which was perfect to grab things like water or anything you might have forgotten to pack. If you want to rent a bike, it’s downstairs! Could not have had a better time, thank you Bill and Carol!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The studio apartment was perfect for me and my daughter (12 years old). Location was perfect with easy access to shops, restaurants, the pool and beach!

This was the perfect place for our little romantic getaway! So conveniently located to many different shops and restaurants - we were never bored! The beach was just a short walk away. We never had to get in our car to go anywhere. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

My daughter and I traveled back to Rosemary after visiting in 2020. We normally stay ocean view, but booked late. I feel the hosts thought of everything here. The rental is an efficiency, but so well organized! Bed is very comfortable, plenty of dishes/utensils for takeout meals, a few board games, simply and beautifully decorated and clean! The chairs, towels, and fishing poles hanging are free to use as well! A beach cart and umbrella with holder are also available. This made our trip fantastic as my daughter was able to surf fish (bring your own tackle) and we even drove a bit for some pier fishing. If you're looking for a simple, well deserved break with the convenience of walking for coffee, meals, and a bit of shopping, look no further. Just need to drop your bags and go! You can rent bikes just outside the entrance and beach access is a short distance. We look forward to returning to the area and would definitely stay here again! I feel the condo is most suitable for adult couples, but I have a mature 12 yr.old and we were fine. Suitable for 2-3 guests.

It was our first time staying in the village and we loved it! It was convenient to everything and safe for my teenagers to roam a little on their own. Loved the music out the window in the eve… but not too late to disturb sleep. The condo is beautifully decorated (just as pictured). Great communication with owner (thank you so much). We had everything we needed and would rent again in a heartbeat!
