The host and home were incredible! My family had an incredible time. The home was the best furnished home we have ever stayed at on 30A. They provided beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and beach towels. The views of the beach from the balcony were fantastic and the walk to the sand was something like 60 paces. When we stayed the home came with beach chair and umbrella service that was always ready for us by 8am. Over all a great experience and would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay and the place was immaculate. The communication with Melanie was fantastic, the private beach was great especially since it was the busiest time of the year. Overall the house was very clean, super convenient, and perfect for our family. We have stayed in the Destin area for over 10 years every year and I can say that going forward we will be staying in this house.

We have loved coming to 30A for many years. We look for homes in gulf-front communities as we prefer not to fight with crowded public beach access points. This home meets that expectation—and provides you with a gulf view without the gulf front price. Community is quiet, safe, gated, and the home has an incredibly short walk to the beach. Beach is not crowded and there is access to a dune lake a short walk down the beach. Shopping and food within walking distance. The home is well-appointed for hosting a family. Little touches are nice—lots of blankets/throws, extra beach towels, games, puzzles, beach chairs/toys, etc. Beds are quite comfortable. Home is updated throughout. Loved having the beach chair/umbrella package set up for you each day. Nice to have access to a pool and fitness center, though not located within the community and an easy bike ride to get there.Worth noting that you cannot bring umbrellas (other than those rented) or canopies to the community’s private beach space. Access to the home was problematic for us, but hopefully just a fluke—access code did not work upon arrival, the keypad and code changed at the fitness center, and the home’s main door keypad stopped working halfway through our two-week stay and was not fixed (though told handyman was being contacted but never received an update). Though we were given access to a physical key, it was an inconvenience we would rather not have had for a larger family.

Property was well equipped and well maintained, a short walk to the beach, easy to go back and forth with kids, etc. Host was communicative and even allowed us early entry when condo was clean and ready to go. Great location, great condo!
