We had a nice mini-vacation. GOTL was a lot of fun. Arcade games, good food, nice people. Place was nice to stay at. Newley remodeled. Would stay there again.

Great for a quick getaway. Conveniently located to many shops and eateries. Nice outdoor seating area with fire pits and chairs.

loved it! there is firewood provided which is great! the washer an dryers are a plus! the grill was great also! it was so easy to book this place i planned another weekend for this place shortly after.

Very clean and comfortable

I helped an Amish couple by renting thus for them to help celebrate the wife's 50th Birthday back in the Fall (2022). There was no mention in the listing that there would be construction, with lots of loud noise going on during their stay. I feel terrible that their first morning there started with loud power tools and banging waking them up. I only just found out about this now, in February, when I contacted them about some work I need an estimate on. The husband is, himself, a carpenter...a really good, HONEST one, and had I known he couldn't even get away from the mere sound of all that work, I would never have booked this VRBO for them. He DID call the owner's contact number, and was told that the owner would be notified. Our friends received no response, and decided not to stay at the apartment for the rest of their getaway. They lost the rest of what they paid (they reimbursed me beforehand for the stay), and found a nicer place to stay with some wonderful property owners, meaning their trip was more expensive, but at least much more enjoyable. I am a landlord myself, and live by the Golden Rule. It would be nice if THIS owner did too.

Property was AWESOME! Easy booking, responsive owner, perfect for what I needed. The property was super clean and had everything I needed. Good location for the event I was attending. highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Looks sure can be deceiving. Our first night there, we got in late but everything appeared to be pretty clean and a nice space. Other reviewers were correct, the toilet paper/paper towels were horrible and the hand soap is very watered down. The bed is pretty uncomfortable and noisy, too. At 7:45am the next morning, a Saturday, we were woken up by the sound of LOUD POUNDING, SAWS, and HORRIBLE country music in the space next to ours. The pounding was so bad it shook the entire space. I have no idea why you would ever let renovations be done on a Saturday morning while you know there are guests staying in the space. Especially when it shares a wall with the space being worked on. Very unprofessional and downright rude owners to ever let that happen. I know the price is attractive and it looks great in the photos, but our experience Saturday morning almost ruined our weekend. Who knows when the renovations will be done, but by the looks of it, they had a long way to go. I wouldn’t even consider staying here again. I’d look at all my other options first and if I couldn’t stay at any of them, I still wouldn’t stay here again. Strongly urge you to look elsewhere, unless you like terrible country music.

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Inn 1. The location is perfect especially during off season because 3 of the few establishments which are open were within very short walk. A few minor points of dissatisfaction, though. Some of my pet peeves with rentals are cheap toilet paper/paper towels and watered down hand soap. Unfortunately, this rental has all of the above. In the end, it is less expensive to upgrade so that less product is used to accomplish the task at hand. Additionally, there is construction going on in other apartments which caused loud, annoying noise through the day. Luckily, it was not started until approximately 8:00 am and we left for the day soon thereafter so it was not terribly troublesome. However, it would have been nice for the owner to inform us to expect this at the time we received confirmation. We had some issues with heat and internet when we first checked in and contacted the number provided. Someone arrived VERY promptly to remedy the issues. Would recommend.

Surprised my husband for our 1st wedding anniversary and we had a BLAST a lot to do still place was very clean and cute would def stay there again

I will definitely be renting this property again. Everything was on point.

We stayed at Geneva on the Lake Monday to Thursday. The weather did not cooperate real well but it was a nice break. The large tv at the cottage would not come on...probably the Roku remote was dead. We were fine with the one in the bedroom. This is small but it would be nice to have salt, pepper and sugar stocked in the kitchen. We enjoyed several nice walks and ate at some local restaurants. On the last evening we viewed a beautiful sunset over the lake.

After reporting a water leak that pooled at the front door entrance, to management, the lady who answered the phone told us to vacate the property, and that if we didnt, the police would be coming to evict us. She hung up on us and would not accept any further calls, nor return any messages left. Wow. Just wow. Never stay here again. I’ve been seasonally renting at this location for over 20 years, and never been treated so maliciously.

Matches the description and photos exactly. You are truly right on the strip. It was very clean and we felt very safe. There was a bachelorette party in the room next to us in the house but we didn't hear any noise at all. You even have your own private section of the porch to sit out on. If you want a place right on the strip, this is the one!

Hubby and I wanted a weekend away for our anniversary. Suite 1 was exactly as described. It’s a great location, still on the Strip but a little out of the busy part and within a 10 minute walk of anything you need on the lakefront and 15-20 minute drive from the major wineries. Unit was easy to book, clean and plenty of supplies/amenities. We enjoyed the fire pit both nights as well!

Very nice and clean. Great location not too far from the beach and very close to the strip. The only issue we had was that there was gnats that were coming from the drain in kitchen sink. We just killed them but there was a lot so this needs attention.

Our room was newly remodeled. It had everything we needed including linens for the pullout. The host, Matt was great, he got back to us when we had questions, and he also helped me get our golf cart back to the rental so we didn't have to walk back. The porch was my favorite!We will return next year!

Generally great but no closets so no place to hang clothes. No drape or covering of entrance door window. Had to tape something up for privacy. Will go back though and request same place.

This property suited our needs. Everything we needed was available. We could walk just about everywhere. We will definitely book Eagle Cliff Inn again.

The location was near everything we were looking for. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need, but so close to restaurants there was really no need to cook. It was comfortable and decorated well.
