Property was as advertised. Right on the water. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants.

Very nice property with backyard right on the water. If you like boating - this is great place. We arranged with a boat rental to bring us a boat almost every day we were there. Neighbourhood is nice and quite with awesome restaurants nearby.

The apartment smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Furniture was sparse and not all lamps turned on. We’re given 3 bath towels and one face towel. Nothing more. There were no extra blankets or pillows but we did request an extra pillow and were granted our request. The kitchen did not have a coffee maker. Bring or buy your own which we did. The manager blamed the cleaning staff for taking it and didn’t offer to provide one. The kitchen cabinets opened from the bottom and had no handles. We had to bend to the floor to open them. Pots were old and used. The rooms had dust under the beds. There were no mats on the floor at the entrance or in the kitchen. Was forced to sweep whatever we brought in. The views were beautiful but there was construction in the backyard rendering it unusable. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Parking was not a problem. Supermarket, stores, parks, and restaurants are all very convenient. Beds were comfortable. Couch in living room was a futon. Overall, our stay in this apartment wasn’t what we expected. The cigarette smell was enough to make us want to leave immediately. We will not be returning to this unit but Sunny Isles itself is a very nice community!
