What a great location! Loved the easy access to the river walk, hot springs, and even a concert! Townhome was great, loved the patio right on the river.

You cannot beat the location within easy walking distance to everything in town.The house sits right in the river and your can hear it even with the windows closed. Built in white noise, if you will.The setup of the house is cute and functional. We appreciated the garage for our car (remote doesn't work)! Note to Tesla drivers - the charging station outside the house is useless for you, heads up.A few things worth noting and fixing:- the tap water looks strangely milky. We assumed it was spring water but who knows? If it is spring water, a note with a heads up would be good- the full and half bath each have two switches for fans. One is the usual fan to get the humid or smelly air out, the other is a heating fan(?) but they are not labeled and we had a hard time figuring it out since it was pretty warm during our stay - the dresser in the room with the king size bed is missing a knob. While the dresser is clearly not old yet, the missing knob makes it look shabby- the bed frame of the queen size bed needs serious help and adjusting of its screws. It moves several inches back and forth. The rest of the bed squeaks with every move, and the heating mattress topper isn't the same width as the mattress. I didn't sleep well at all on this. My son and husband slept great in the king size memory foam bed.- please have the ceiling above the bathtub/toilet examined, it looks like something may be growing there.If we come back to Ouray, we'd stay here again

The heater was so loud we had a hard time sleeping. Thr fans in the bathroom are so loud you can hear them from the other rooms. Beautiful location
