Facilities, location, breakfast, friendly staff.
Shower is too small. Wi-Fi sometimes did not work at all or was slow. It was the same in 2018 at my last stay there.

The staff was great, very polite and kind. The beds are comfortable and the linens nice and clean.
I think it needs a renovation and deep cleaning, it is very dark interior and the carpet is very dirty.

The location is in a quiet place, the interwar atmosphere is reflected in the villa's architecture and decorations.

Breakfast was good and the place was in a frequent location.
I booked two rooms and in one room, the top of the toilet was crushed and not attached well to the toilet and the air conditioning in the bathroom was not working. Further, the shower head holder was also moving on the wall in the shower.
