great location -my guest really enjoyed the apartment!
the bed - though she reported it was comfortable -- was a little low to the ground

Location is excellent for walking the Bishop Arts District.
When I booked it said "plenty" of free parking near the building. There was not a lot of close spaces and most were always taken. Had to park a block away the first night. The code emailed to me didn't work on the door. The host I emailed for help was of no help and it took an hour to get someone on the phone to give me a code that worked

An entire apartment for price of a hotel, no brainer!
I’ve stayed in this exact apartment many times, it has not disappointed!

The location/neighborhood was great that’s why we picked this place. Being walkable to cool shops and restaurants was awesome.
It’s called a hotel by name but it’s really just apartments like an air BNB. There isn’t staff there to support with noise complaints (other guests or neighbors cackling through the late night) and there was a cockroach I found in the middle of the night. It was a decent stay but I wouldn’t book it again.

"Das Apartment war sehr geräumig, und hatte alles, was man benötigt.
Leider hat der Zugangscode nicht funktioniert, nach einem Anruf haben wir dann einen neuen erhalten, der hat wunderbar funktioniert."
