The room was great and so was the location. Loved that it was prefect around everything!!
When I pulled the sheets back there was hair all entwine in the sheets and blanket and that was gross means someone didn’t clean the sheets or bedding they just folded it back before we got there, and the bathroom smelled like old mop water . Would have been nice to get and discount or be compensated
Traffic was too loud outside you could hear everything.

We didn’t see any actual staff the entire stay so if we did need to know something we couldn’t find anybody else

it was decorated nicely
no hot tub. bed's uncomfortable kitchen utensils were small in number and not all were clean no coffee/filters barking dogs next door 2 dogs 4 puppies barking differed hours. not close to disney. everything in description of condo inaccurate. living area small.

the pool and hot tub. the hot tub was cold bugs everywhere pool was to cold

The pool area was dark at night, only a few lights work, and the hot tub wasn’t working either

Beautiful apartment! We loved the huge balcony and the comfortable rooms. Great location. Dog friendly is a huge plus!
Elevators broke and we were on the 4th floor. The pool is very basic. Everything outside the room needs updating.

plenty of parking
when we arrived the room and outside the building was filthy …. I took many pictures! we could not check in till 6:30 and have to cancel plans we had reservations for that evening. this ruined my trip with my family that came all the way from NJ to visit ! the room smelled terrible for the whole stay I am super disappointed and would like a refund for the cleaning deposit. since I had to wait for my room for hours !!!!!

The property was ok, I wish they had more pictures or videos of the property.
The pool closed to early, one of the bathrooms sink was backed up, the jacuzzi tub was also clogged the rug was dirty. Everything else was good.

Convenient location and quiet property. Condo was very spacious and clean with a split floor plan. Host answered any questions immediately and was attentive.
Condo was pet friendly which was awesome, but the property wasn’t accommodating to pets. The only staff we came across was the cleaning staff in the hallway and they were not friendly and acted as if we were not even there as we walked by and said hello with no response. The only other downfall were the beds. They were not very comfortable.

The beds all. Of them to hard wasn't enough tissue and face towels wasn't face towels wasn't clean properly no garage cans for garage 😑 for outside

The fact that we paid over $400 to be put in a dirty apartment. Once I told the owner about it nothing was done!!! I sent pics and was blocked from sending msgs.

Very clean and spacious for my family. Quiet and not too loud and very clean outside area as well.
I couldn't find a cart for luggage to be brought up. Very time consuming walking back and forth.

Hard bed, $500.00 deposit they take out without your knowledge & say it will be back in your account after check out, thats a lie.

Spacious and modern
$150 charge for leaving an hour later where just about everywhere else has 11am checkout ... no toilet paper barely any towels .. oh and roach in the bathroom
