The room was clean.
There were 2 huge and large pillows. I’ve stayed few days and I couldn’t sleep proper, as I am a stomach sleeper. And I had no options for other sized pillow. And the fact that there were no iron in my room, or any tea/coffee facilities - for the price paid.

The location was great, you could go walking or take the tranvía o underground.
Breakfast was also super complete . Our room was super comfortable. Close to supermarket and laundry place as well

The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is great, it gives you an opportunity to walk around Prague since everything is pretty close, but without the noise and crowd you would have staying at the very centre.
The breakfasts are great, wide variety to choose from and everything is fresh.

The room had Air conditioning
The beds are terrible, if you dont have back problems you will have one after sleeping on the bed in the hotel.
The restaurant is too small for the capacity of the hotel. You have to walk over people to get food.
