It’s very clean and modern

There’s no WiFi connected to the unit we booked!

We had a really good stay! The house was equipped with all basics. We felt safe and check in was quick and easy

Showers could be improved. TV was not logged in to any account so we were only able to watch YouTube

Everything

Nothing

Location is very good as it's 3.5km from White River The DSTV was very nice and there are enough kitchen utensils and linen. The defuser in the bathrooms was also nice.

Not a fan of a shower in the bath. Also no light in the braai and patio area lights not so well lit. The 1 bedroom fan and light didn't work either. The bathroom window handle was rusted and broke off when we tried to close it. I also dont want previous guests dirty kitchen sponges etc. Luckily I brought my own. The fact that the photo's and site show the Hotel, Spa and restaurant functioning is misleading information as there was no 🚻 facilities at the swimming pool and that was a problem. The children's jungle gym are not safe either as there are side poles missing and the trampoline are teared. The pond are now a dumping site for garden refuse. Not a nice view when you at the pool deck.
