The Hosts and home made me feel as though I was staying with my best friend. The attention to detail for all Guest(s) needs, cleanliness and thoughtfulness was above and beyond any VRBO location I have ever stayed at thus far.
A wonderful welcome card with a gift bag of goodies to the travel toiletries, extra home supplies, etc. was spot on. They had a well thought out, printed book about their home with pictures and particulars to make our stay very comfortable.
The beds, furniture inside and out around the pool was so comfortable. This was a great place to relax and unwind.

Beth and John are wonderful people, and their home in Surprise is a wonderful place to stay for a few days, a few weeks, and even longer. Away from the bustle of the downtown Phoenix area, it is close to the White Tank Mountain Regional Park for great hiking, and conveniently located to stores, restaurants and other services. Plus, the spring training site for the Kansas City Royals and Texas Rangers is just a few miles away. This was our second visit, and we've enjoyed ourselves very much both times. Can't wait to return!

There were many small nice things in the house that were almost like you anticipated some of our needs that we weren't expecting. The location was great for us, the amenities in the house were exceptional, and you were easy to deal with. While the weather was a little chilly we were still able to enjoy the heated pool. We are already planning our next trip to Surprise and we plan on staying at your house if its available. Thank you again so much.

Every year we like to getaway to someplace different for our anniversary. This year we chose Surprise, AZ. This took me back to the Phoenix area where my roots go back more than 50 years. The house is amazing. John and Beth have created a short term rental property where they have anticipated everything that anyone could want. The furnishings and decor are very well thought out and executed perfectly. We wanted a house with a pool and this was perfect; clean and heated to 90 degrees. The appliances are new and the bed was very comfortable. Communication with the host(ess) was immediate and spot on. I can't say enough about this perfect property.

This was our second stay at this property. Needless to say there will be a third! The host has great communication and goes out of their way to make sure the stay is as excellent as it can be. The pool is a big hit with myself and the kids we spent a good amount of time enjoying it. The property was clean and ready to enjoy. If you’re looking for a property in the area don’t hesitate to book this one you won’t be let down.

This is I believe our 4th time staying at this wonderful home! Beth & John are always attentive & available if you need them. Their home is so inviting & always feels comfortable. Awesome Property
We couldn't ask for a more well appointed property. The inside was spotless, nicely decorated and comfortable, it felt like a home as opposed to a thrown together rental. the kitchen had everything you need and more, as well as many pantry items. We spent some time in the pool and the quiet neighborhood made it very relaxing. The owners were easy to communicate with and couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend this property, we will certainly be be back.

John and Beth's rental home in Surprise was an excellent choice for these grandparents to spend with our 13 yr old granddaughter on her spring break. The property did not disappoint in any aspects. We found the home to be immaculate in cleanliness with numerous amenities, well stocked pantry, ample entertainment facilities and a beautiful well heated and clean pool that received plenty of use during our weeks stay. The neighborhood was clean, quiet and presented no safety concerns. Numerous shopping areas, restaurants and grocery markets are within a 5-mile radius. We would be more than happy staying again and recommend it.

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay
This is our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as our first time. The home is beautiful and clean and the host does a wonderful job of having the house stocked with all the essentials you might need while you are there. The neighborhood is very quiet so you will not have any trouble sleeping in. Once you start your day, there is plenty of adventuring to do in the area. It is also centrally located if you want to travel out of Surprise. Highly recommend and would love to come back again on our future visits.

Once again a great stay at a great place !
Well this is my second stay after extending my first stay a week so that pretty much says it. This home is impeccable , including the outside , pool included . I have unfortunately rented places where they didn’t even sweep outside nor cleaned off outside furniture . It happens more than you think . It has a kitchen that has all the pots, pans, utensils, blender, keurig , crock pots etc , another thing a lot of places don’t have . It even has a pantry with oils, and some left over non perishables for use . I needed a tablespoon of oil and didn’t have to buy some just for that .
The beds , den furniture and living room furniture are all comfy. There’s a tv in den and master both . The location is great , three grocery stores within a mile , and all kinds of restaurants . Well I plan to be back , it’s that good here. Oh yeah , the pool area has been completely redone from my last visit and it was good to begin with . It’s sparkling now. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool , even with the cool nights. It was so relaxing for my body and soul. Great place . I will miss it .

Great property !!!
This home is truly a gem. It has comfortable furniture , a very well stocked kitchen with some items left from other guests available for use and comfortable beds. It’s absolutely spotless inside and outside . The backyard has great soft night lighting that stays on until sunrise . We spent hours in the pool day and night since it was heated and the temps outside were still in 80’s in the day. The outdoor living area is really nice and includes a nice tv. We so enjoyed watching the evening news outdoors and our weekend football games . What a plus for a property . Beth and Jon are super hosts with immediate answers if we had a question . The neighbors next door are closer than usual but they were extremely quiet and very kind. We found it comforting to have people around instead of some dark unoccupied house next door. Super place, you will love it! Thanks again Beth and Jon.

Spotless ,comfortable property
This house was the cleanest property I have ever rented on any site. The inside and outside were spotless. The kitchen was very well equipped with crock pot, blender, keurig , pots and pans . There were cleaning supplies which made me happy since I stayed three weeks. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had some extra supplies in case we ran short . The pool was the highlight for us. We were able to swim in the heated pool a lot . It was wonderful . Jon and Beth were easy to communicate with and were very gracious hosts. The living room has a comfortable couch and love seat. We did wish the recliner in den was in living room . Location was great . Three grocery stores close by , restaurants and Handles ice cream which I highly recommend . This place is great . We will be returning . Thank you Beth and Jon!
