The hosts/owners are lovely and always ready to help guests whether it be change towels, book restaurants (all excellent), give directions, etc. A very friendly atmosphere.

Cinzia was the perfect hostess. Her warm, inviting laid-back persona was just what you want on a holiday. The Villa was beautiful, our room comfortable and in keeping with true Tuscan style. The view from our bedroom windows were stunning .The grounds and pool were a perfect bonus. All in all a fab location to Lucca, Pisa and beyond with the choice of a great local restaurant in Nozzano Castello. Fabulous stay at Villa Pardi, thank you Cinzia and team.

Beautiful old villa with amazing ceilings. The bedroom we stayed in had retained a lot of the original character, but with a bathroom pod fitted into the room. That corner was slightly less attractive, but fine for the price!
Owners were helpful and easygoing.
Pool very big and clean!
Location was alright! You can’t really walk anywhere from the property as the main road is quite narrow and fast. But it’s easy to drive into Lucca from there and also a super quick/easy drive from Pisa airport!

owner and staff were all great and a fab location.
the taxi driver who is a neighbour and was recommended by Villa Pardi charged us 100 euros for a 15 minute taxi ride and said it was as it was early morning he doubled the price!
