I liked the location of the unit. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable. A nice layout with 2 bedrooms and the middle room for sitting.

I was emailed and texted over and over to tell me the same thing. I only needed the check in information because I paid for the place awhile ago. There was NO information in the unit about the location of the pool. I tried to call and text with Vacasa and they told me to look on google maps. The pool was not heated to a nice temp. There was nothing in the unit to help with the TV’s. We never could get the one in the big room to work properly to access the live tv. The one in the master A bedroom had a remote that needed new batteries. I couldn’t find batteries and wasn’t going to purchase them. The owner/manager should give a detailed instruction sheet. This is the first time I’ve rented a place that didn’t tell you anything. The place was clean but the outside table and chairs were dirty, so it didn’t make it nice to sit out until I cleaned them off. We finally found the pool. Not great customer service. You could put some nice coffee pods for renters. Kleenex is always a good thing too. The cost was decent but the resort fee added a large amount to the overall price. Im just trying to offer advise from someone who travels a great deal and always uses booking.com and VRBO sites. A few additional touches would add so much to your place. I asked about a coffee maker and was not told it had a kuerig or I would’ve brought my own.

Leaking AC unit left master bedroom floor soaked

The location was gorgeous and it was a comfortable home to stay in with pool and hot tub access just down the road.

Our unit A the AC wasn't working very efficiently first few days but was ok and then basically stopped working out last day. Luckily we had unit B to sleep comfortable in!

Very easy from finish to end. Really enjoyed the walking trails.

Clean, beautiful and a great location

There was a steady leak from the roof that got progressively worse throughout the week. There was a repair person who came to look at it but there was no repair initiated. We had 3 buckets catching a lot of water right in front of the bathroom. The water for the shower only heated up to lukewarm. The pool was also closed for repairs and we were not informed of this. I called and was able to go to a pool at another location so that was good.
