Beautiful property great for groups. We loved the hot tub and the gorgeous view. I will say, when we arrived there were several bags of dirty linens in the basement including all dish towels. We let maintenance know, but they were never picked up. We went the stay without dish towels or pillow cases because of this. Small detail , and didn't ruin our trip in the slightest.

Now only is the location ideal, as you could walk to Hwy 76 if you wanted to, but the house was wonderful too. All bedrooms have their own bathroom and plenty of dishes and silverware for probably 24 people. The back decks were a hit and plenty of seating everywhere.
My only small complaint would be that I picked one of the main floor bedrooms and the bed was a little high for me and could be a challenge for an older guest.
We will definitely return and hope to rent their 10 bedroom home next time and bring other family members.

Our group of friends had a great time in this home. It is conveniently centrally located in Branson, but still feels private and away from the hustle and bustle. The view of the golf course nice. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The 2nd coffee pot was a plus to our large group of coffee drinkers. The beds are comfortable and everyone having their own private bathroom was a big factor in selecting this home over others. The host was easy to contact and quick to resolve the one minor issue we encountered - the grill needed propane. There are a couple of things that may be cons for some renters. There are several pools available, but they are all no bigger than the average motel sized pool. The large bunk room has 3 sets of bunk beds and it’s own bathroom, but there isn’t a lot activities for children in the house. So if pool days and activities for kids are important, this may not be the rental for you.

This is one of the prettiest homes I've stayed in. Everything about it was perfect. Spacious, close to attractions, with beautiful scenery surrounding it. I highly recommend it!

The lodge was great...there was enough space for everyone. Just a couple of changes I would suggest to be made, heavier blankets for the bunk room. Our kiddos were cold and there were only sheets on the top bunk. A new can opener. The only complaint...the hot tub was not the cleaniest and had an odor to it at times - there was grimy dirt as well. I give this lodge a 4 star only because of the hot tub. We would stay here again. Thank you.

We had the best time staying at your location and resort. The only issues we had were the hot tub needed parts ordered (we were compensated with free tickets to a Friday night show!), and the air conditioning in the lower level needed repair (new fan) mid-week. So hot down there. Other than that, it was amazing and we would definitely stay with your group again! Highly recommend!

We had a really nice time staying at this property. It had plenty of bedrooms, beds, bathrooms and the kitchen was well supplied. We would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that the pool was out of service and the gym facility was in desperate need of maintenance and cleaning.

Basically Perfect! My husband and I celebrated our 40th Anniversary hosting our kids and grandkids. We had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and spacious. We especially loved the deck overlooking the golf course. It had a secluded feeling even though we were off the main roads. Would definitely stay here again. :)

We gathered for a birthday celebration and really enjoyed the home. Only misstep was remote to two of the ceiling fans was missing and water pressure is weak BUT we had a blast and the amount of space did not miss a beat.

My mother is 91 and can not do steps to go to lower beds, The beds on the main floor are very high and she could not get in them. They were very helpful and came in and lowered the bed by taking out the slats.

We do a father and some golf outing every year and where able to put 19 of us comfortably.
House is beautiful overlooking the 14th green. Each bedroom has it’s own bathroom and TV. Two kitchens and refrigerators. Two washers and dryers.

Great rental experience. Other than a couple of quirks of a new property, it was great! I would highly recommend the property. Only things to make it better would possibly be side chairs in the bedrooms and larger cooking pans and pots.
