Great location, awesome space, very well stocked, awesome facilities, and a short walk to a very clean beach. My family makes regular trips to HHI, and have stayed on many properties all over the island. We absolutely recommend this place, as it has ample space, is well stocked with necessities, has an indoor heated pool (very important with kids on not so good beach days), and has a lockable storage area with all the beach items you could want or need (very important with kids on good beach days). Overall, we very much enjoyed the stay, and communication with host was spot on and prompt. Thank you Mollygans for a great stay! PS - to my fellow acrophobics, take a deep breath and look forward, you’ll be fine!

This is our 3rd visit to this property, always a good experience.

We had a great vacation at Hilton Head in this condo unit. Great location with direct beach access, and easy to get to anywhere. Really love how the unit includes many items for the beach to use, as well as inside. We've stayed at a few VRBO locations, and our previous experiences didn't include many little things you will find here. For example, basic staples like coffee filters for the machine, condiments/ spices, ice packs, etc. If we return to Hilton Head, we will definitely consider this rental again !

Mollygan's is by far one if the best rentals on HHI. Adorable, convenient, kid-friendly, affordable. So much to see and do for all ages. We enjoyed all the amenities and everything the the condo unit, facility, resort, and area has to offer. No one wanted to leave.

This was our first time using VRBO and the process went smoothly. Great communication from the property owner. Super cute space decorated nicely and had all the amenities we needed and most that we wanted. Pros-everything we needed to make meals (obviously except the actual food), games, books, spices, toiletries, beach gear. Coffee maker with k cups. Great proximity to all the indoor pools, exercise room, laundry. Cons-would like to have more dishwasher tabs. Only 3 provided and for a family of 5 staying 6 nights, I would have liked to run the dishwasher more often. Also, only 1 dishcloth was provided and a couple more would have been nice. The master bed is not super comfortable and was encased in a noisy waterproof cover. After removing that, it was much quieter :-) The only other thing I would suggest is updating the large beach umbrella as it is kind of rusty and the straps are broken. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely rent Mollygans again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beachfront condo. They have everything you need during your stay. This is the best condo we have stayed. Wagon and beach chairs were so convenient. We had a question during our week and Mike responded quickly. The beach vibe is so cute and all furniture is very comfortable. The easy walk to the beach is a beautiful view. Restaurants and shops are so close by. Our family enjoyed our week. We hope to be back again.

This villa was everything it said it would be and more! We felt so at home, with children from 13-2 we all had space to spread out, and space to come together, it was fully stocked with everything you love having at home but don’t pack for vacation. The building has a hot tub, pool, and kiddie pool that we all enjoyed, and just a short walk to the beach and we got to find all kinds of wildlife on the way. This truly was home away from home and we would recommend to anyone looking to visit the island!

The condo was decorated so cute. Access to beach was super close, a little walk but so worth it. They had everything you would need for the beach. My family had so much fun there and loved staying there. Very clean and the staff we did see were very nice and friendly. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time on our vacation. The location was perfect for quick walks to the beach. The villa is so cozy and my girls’ enjoyed all of the decorations.

Excellent stay! Condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The hosts had thought of EVERYTHING (even games in the closet to play on a rainy day). There were cute labels on the drawers and cabinets. The location was great on the island and convenient to Shelter Cove. The pools on the property were clean and the pool restaurant was delicious. The boardwalk to the beach over the marsh was picturesque. Really cant say enough good stuff about this place! Needed to contact host once and he was very helpful and responsive. Cant wait to head back.

We visited Hilton Head for the first time and stayed at Mollygans. The condo looked just like the pics-super cute and "beachy"! It was clean and extremely well-stocked with every cabinet, draw etc... labeled which made finding stuff so easy! Mike was super helpful and kind. The mid-island location was very convenient (easy driving) to all the places we visited including Pirate mini golf, Guiseppi's pizza, Coligny plaza and Coligny Beach, Salty Dog Cafe, and Harbor Town for a sunset dolphin cruise! The boardwalk from the property to the beach is an easy walk and Coco's at the end of it looks fun, but we ran out of time to grab a bite to eat there. We also didn't get the chance to rent bikes but saw lots of people riding on the trails all around HHI. Oh, and having the beach supplies (wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc...) accessible for us was sooooo appreciated! Thank you, Mollygans! You really thought of everything!

This was our second stay at Molligans and we loved it as much as last year. We contacted the owner for assistance with the TV they were helpful and very responsive.

We really enjoyed the condo. The location was perfect and they had everything we needed! Loved all the beach themed decor ❤️ Was nice to have view of indoor pool so I could keep an eye on my teenager without having to leave the condo.

The walk to the beach is very doable and there’s a shuttle just in case you can’t or don’t feel like walking. The host provided all of the amenities and some which is a major plus! The only two downsides is that the second shower is really really small and the plastic shower curtain in the master bathroom needed to be changed several guests ago. Overall, we had a pleasant time and I would stay again.

The condo was perfect; it included everything needed and more. The beach area was peaceful and loved the convenience of Coco's! The resort itself is a little dated but super clean and the amenities are amazing!

It was an awesome stay!! Loved the condo!! Very nicely decorated and the owners were very nice and helpful!!

We were happy as soon as we walked in. The place is so nice and clean. The resort itself could use some updates, but we were there for the beach, which is beautiful! We had a great time, except for the sunburns!

My family enjoyed the amenities on the resort such as the pools and tennis courts. The resort is centrally located. You can get to restaurants and excursions within 15 minutes. Molly, the owner, was prompt in getting back to you if you had questions.

Overall we greatly enjoyed out stay at Mollygans! Our only issues were with the master bed being broken and dipped in the middle, and the fact that we had to wash beach towels if we used them. When we reviewed the listing the day before, we saw beach towels were provided, so we didn't bring ours. However, we also didn't realize we would need to make a laundry run before our trip was over if we used them, so we just ended up buying our own from the resort store. We really appreciated all of the complimentary items that were during our stay. The apartment also has a great beachy vibe that gets you in the mood to relax. Overall we had a great time at Mollygans and would love to come back!

My family enjoyed the their self great restaurant down by the outside pool ask for Alex try one of his famous buckets there’s even a gift shop for souvenirs. You don’t have to go so far . Very cute decorated beach themed condo. It was stocked with everything you could think of...beach chairs, wagon, boogie boards, etc. She even had tennis racquets so we tried that out too. Condo was close to community pools and beach as well as several restaurants and shops.
